''Alright, first of all, my cottage is not a freaking hospital. Secondly, what were you doing in the woods?'' She asked as if I was crazy. "And thirdly, did you guys do...you know? What lovers do."

''I wasn't. I was coming back from the library and heard a scream and---crap! I forgot my bag in the woods. And no, we didn't.''

Chloe glanced at me with a glare. ''Definitely not.'' She said, looking back at the road. ''Are you trying to kill yourself? You're worse than the girls in the movies and books who are dumb.'' I stared at her. Well, that's not what I expected. She sighed. ''I mean, in the movies the girl would go back somewhere, knowing it's dangerous, but goes anyways. Next thing you know, something bad happens.''

''I know, but I still need it. My stuff is in it.'' I responded.

''Fine.'' She sighed. She stopped the car and I opened the door and climbed out of the car and walked into the woods. It was close to here. As I walked in the snow, there was a trail of a dark pink puddle in the snow. Blood. I followed it and looked around for my bag, but couldn't find it. That's where I left it last night. I remember. Sighing, I walked back towards the car. I need to find it because the knife my father gave me is in it and the books too. I'll have to pay for them. I sat down in the passenger's seat and sighed.

''See, I'm still alive,'' I replied as I shut the door.

''Yeah, but you still haven't got your bag.''

''Couldn't find it.''

As she drove off, I told her everything. How I found Logan. How deep the marks were and that he wasn't there this morning.

''He makes me so frustrated.''

''Sexually?''

''Yes! Wha--No!'' There was a silence and I sighed. "I have to talk to you, Mike and Gabe."

Chloe glanced at me with a frown. "About what?"

"About all of this." I told her.

"Hey, miss cupcake," Gabe said as I walked into his kitchen. The way he said it didn't seem as natural as usual.

"Shut up you dork." He fake gasped as he sat down on the chair. Mike and Amanda were already there and we are all waiting for Chloe. I looked at Gabe and he stared back at me but quickly looked away.

Mike seemed distracted, lost in thoughts meanwhile Amanda was staring at her fake French nails.

"Hey, are you okay?" I asked him and he looked up at me.

"I have something to tell you guys as well," Mike said, without looking at us. Gabe and I exchanged a look. What could it be about? Okay, I might have an idea. Kyle told me about it. Well, not really. I mean, I asked him what could happen if someone gets bitten. He told me that if it's a full moon, they would end up being a Lycan as well. If it's not a full moon you die unless you already have Lycan's blood.

Chloe walked into the kitchen and sat down beside her brother.

"Okay," she began, clapping her hands together. "Let's start." I looked at Mike and he looked back at me, nodding at me.

"Alright...Um, first of all, Kyle isn't only an FBI Agent." I told them. Chloe and Gabe exchanged a look. "He's an hunter-"

"Hunting deers?" Gabe asked and I shook my head.

"No...hunting Lycans, vampires and other supernatural creatures," I explained and they both frowned at me. On the other hand, Mike didn't seem surprised at all by this. However, Amanda glanced at me then back at her nails.
