Juniper woke up for school that Monday morning, feeling more than excited. It was weird, just a few days ago she was so angry at Benny, that she didn't want to talk to him or even have anything to do with him, for that matter.

Now? She thought it over, and spent the weekend writing her feelings out in a journal and had short conversations with both Ethan and Aspen about it, that she's decided to talk to Benny. She was going to tell him that she did, in fact, want to be with him - she just lashed out due to anger and sadness and not knowing how to feel or deal with anything. That she didn't want to seem like she was weak and giving in to him, and on top of the whole 'Benny kissing the girl at the counter thing', she was dealing with much more than that.

Now that they're officially not fighting vampires anymore, her family issues have gone down to minimum and her mother finally took charge, she's much better for the most part. She's not healed completely, obviously, due to having been bit by Jesse and finding out that she's immune, and on top of that Benny's grandma telling her that she's a witch basically, but she's glad that most of her problems have been solved.

She got dressed in her usual leggings and cute shirt, before shoving on some converse and doing her hair, adding a little bit of mascara and lip gloss to make the normal outfit slightly different. Her mother had offered to drive the three girls to school today since it was her day off, and obviously all three said yes due to not wanting to be stuck on the bus with the loud, annoying kids on there.

As they sat in the car on the way to the school, she looked out of the window in nervousness. She barely listened to the playful banter that Aspen and Frankie were having in the backseat, barely able to hear her mother's laughter when one of the two would say something funny. She wanted to be in the conversation, but at the same time she couldn't be bothered. All she could think about was the boy who lived diagonal from her.

Stella turned down the road the school was on, and Juniper's nerves got even higher, if it were possible. What was she going to tell Benny? How would she do it? Would she chicken out? What if people listen to their conversation as they go into another room or an empty part of the hallway? What was going to happen?

So many questions flooded through Juniper's head, and she tried to make them stop. She knew that they wouldn't until she officially talked to Benny about it, and it seemed as if the ride to school was taking a long time. Too long for comfort.

"Well, we are here. You girls have a wonderful-" Stella was cut off by Juniper realizing that they were parked in front of the school, jumping out and rushing toward where Ethan and Benny usually wait on her.

"Juniper!" Stella called anyway, although the teen couldn't hear her.

"She's got important things to tell Benny. Sorry," Aspen apologized for the slightly rude actions of her twin, before patting her mother on the shoulder and getting out of the car. Frankie said a quick goodbye to Stella too before getting out, sheepishly following Aspen to wherever their other sister was.

Frankie was being honest when she said she dropped a lot of her friends, she almost had none. She wanted to make things right with her family, and stop taking their father leaving them out on them, Juniper mostly. She wanted to see what it was like being friends with the twins' friend group, even if they were nerds.

"Ethan!" Juniper called as she saw her best friend, the boy smiling brightly as he saw the brunette rushing toward him.

"June, hey!" He greeted her, happy to see her smiling and not crying like she had been doing so much of lately.

"Do you know where Benny is? I was thinking of talking to him today, about, you know." Juniper spoke, and Ethan's smile fell.

"T-today? Like, right now?" He asked, and before Juniper had the chance to reply, Sarah had walked up and stepped between the two.

"Could I borrow twenty dollars from either of you?" She asked, looking between Juniper and Ethan.

"Twenty bucks, why?" Ethan asked, looking at Sarah.

Sarah began to explain, but before she could get the chance to Aspen walked up, Frankie following behind her.

"Hey guys!" Aspen greeted, hugging Sarah and Ethan. It was how she normally did things, something Juniper hardly ever did. Sometimes, it is hard for either of them to believe that they're twins.

"Hey Aspen, hey... Frankie?" Sarah greeted, her eyebrows furrowed.

"Hi," Frankie replied, not knowing what to say. She'd done her fair share of being rude to the friend group she was now standing next to, she wasn't for sure if they'd welcome her.

"Hey Frankie," Ethan said casually. He obviously knew that Frankie had apologized and such, as Juniper had told him when she went over to his house the other night to talk to him about Benny. He was surprised to say the least, but he was always welcoming to anyone, even if they weren't the best.

Okay, maybe not anyone.

"Guys, I was actually looking for-"

"Hey, we have three minutes to get to class, we can't be late!" Aspen cut Juniper off by accident. She had been looking at her watch and realized the time, and wasted no time in pushing Juniper the complete other direction as Benny began making his way back to the group.

Sarah just rolled her eyes and walked away, causing Frankie to leave out of not knowing how to act around the boys. Her sisters went to class, so she might as well do it too.

"Great news, Della's dog died!" Benny exclaimed happily, and Ethan rolled his eyes.

"How is that great?" Ethan asked, crossing his arms.

"Because I can bring him back! I'll bring him back and Della will finally go on a date with me. She loved the flowers by the way." Benny explained.

"What about Juniper?" Ethan asked.

"What about her? She made it more than clear she doesn't want to me with me. And I would sit here and mope around about her, but I don't want to be sad the rest of my life. Might as well find someone to make me happy momentarily. At least until Juniper realizes-"

"This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard you say." Ethan cut Benny off.

"Hey, I'm going to go through my grandma's potions after school, try and figure out one that will bring Mr. Puffles back to life. And I'll need your help." Benny ignored Ethan.

"I'm seriously telling you do not go that far for Della, Juniper's needing to talk to you." Ethan spoke as Benny just began walking away, mumbling to himself about potions and whatnot.

"Ugh, if Harry Potter were here he'd smack you around!"
