i woke up at 11am and bailey had woken up 20 minutes after which gave me some company
i picked her up and kissed her cheek, "buongiorno"
she let out a little laugh, she's always so happy and all she ever really does is laugh
i've noticed how she's been trying to say more words in italian then english
i smiled and walked out the room and went downstairs to see everyone in the living room
"that's not the plan tho" i heard stephen groan
"yes it is idiota were already setting everything for it" sophia said
"andrew is in charge for the cake-" sophia stopped when she saw me
"morning" she smiled and so did everyone else
my eyes landed on joey and he was already looking at me, except he was smirking
"morning" i said back and bailey clapped her hands together
sophia walked up and picked up bailey, "tatatata" bailey repeated
sophia chuckled, "i had came up with a little nickname for her to call me"
"tata" she said and i smiled, "that's cute" i said
"come sit with us bri" said junior from one of the couches
sophia nodded and i walked over and sat in between stephen and sophia who sat down next to me
"so what were you guys talking about" i asked and they stayed quiet
"w-well uhm its kind of private you know" sophia let out a nervous chuckle
my brows furrowed, "is it a dinner or something again" i asked
they all quickly nodded, "what flavor cake is andrew getting cause i'm fine with anything except vanilla"
"chocolate" he said but it was more like a question
"red velvet would be better" me and joey said at the same time
everyone looked between me and him, i didn't bother look at him since i already felt his eyes on me
pedro cleared his throat, "red velvet it is then" sophia said
there was an awkward silence in the room until bailey started mumbling something

"ucif" she said, she looked like she was getting confused
"what are you trying to say bailey" stephen smiled at her
"ucifer" she mumbled again and looked at joey
"joey" i told her and she looked at me

"jojo" she repeated and i can see a small smile crack on joeys lips
the only reason that smile even cracked was bc nobody was looking
once sophia's eyes landed on him the small smile was gone
i thought about last night and all the things that added up
i don't want to believe he like's me, he's always being a dick
