we arrived at the dinner and it was in in this fancy restaurant around a couple stores
i got out and went to the back to get bailey who had fallen asleep
i don't blame her, it was a 30 minute drive
i picked her up and followed joey inside, it was empty
we went towards the back and there was a big table, there were some new faces but i knew most people
i sat down next to madison who was talking with sophia who sat in front of her
joey sat next to me
madison sat at the end of the left while to my right was where everyone else sat
"oh really? that's interesting" madison chuckled
a waitress came up to me, "hai bisogno di un seggiolone per il bambino?" she smiled
"sì per favore" i said and she walked off
i looked back and everyone was staring at me, "what?"
"i thought you said you didn't know how to speak italian" madison said
"i'm learning it, and i used to speak italian i just forgot" i chuckled
i looked at sophia and she was staring at me, i looked down and she was wearing a plain black shirt with a jean jacket
i didn't leave hard hickeys like she did- why am i thinking about this
i looked and the lady came back
"joey, scoot over" i said and he looked at me
he moved his chair more to the right and the lady placed it in between us
bailey started to whimper as i placed her down on the chair
"shh, don't cry" i gave her one of her little toys and she stopped
"she's so cute" madison smiled, "she is, but she's a handful" i said
the waiters came and took our orders, i ordered a simple chicken alfredo since i really wasn't in the mood to eat anything else on the menu
"briyana can i talk to you for sec?" sophia said making me look up
"uhm yeah sure" i said and got up following her to the bathrooms
"what do you want to talk about" i started off and she sighed
"in the shower-" i cut her off
"look what happened in the shower shouldn't have happened, i'm not gay i only like-" she cut me off
"ok ok i get it" she laughed
"wait, your not mad?" i asked, i thought she'd be hurt or something
"no i'm not mad, i was caught up in the moment and went for it" she said
"oh" i said, "but i don't want things to be weird between us tho" i said again
she smiled, "they won't, our friendship is way better then a relationship anyways"
"by any chance tho do you know if madison's gay?" she asked taking me by surprise
"w-what?" i asked, did i hear right?
"i don't know i'm getting a vibe from her and i'm starting to like her so do you know if she's into girls" she said
"i think she is, she mentioned about having a girlfriend that worked at the club one time but they broke up cause the girl cheated or something" i said
