i yawned as i stretched out of bed, bailey was still asleep making me smiled as she slept peacefully
i walked downstairs and saw stephen in the kitchen with sophia
some of the guys were sitting at the couch playing a video game
i walked into the kitchen and sophia was laughing about something with stephen until she saw me
"morning" she smiled, "morning" i smiled back
stephen looked between us and snorted
"shut up" she smacked his shoulder
i rubbed it off and grabbed a pack of strawberries from the freezer
i was gonna make chicken alfredo last night but never got the chance too
i'll just make it later today
i took a bite of a frozen strawberry, they taste so good frozen
"ew" i heard stephen say making my head snatch his way
"ew? this is amazing" i said
he shook his head as his face was scrunched, "that looks nasty"
i scoffed and went to smack him but he dodged it, i put my strawberry's down and went to chase him
"ok ok i'm sorry!" he said mid way
i reached him and knocked him down getting on top of him
i went to smack him but he grabbed my wrist, "no"
i tried getting out of his grip but he was too strong
"ok fine i won't smack you" i said
he let go and i smacked him
his jaw dropped making me laugh, "you little cagna"
i bent down and hugged him, reminding you we were still on the floor
"that's what you get for saying my frozen strawberries are nasty" i said
he playfully rolled his eyes and we got up walking back to the kitchen
"let's go!" i heard jenio shout
"i took that dub baby!" he shouted even louder this time
"shut the hell up!" i snapped making them all look at me
"theirs a baby sleeping" i reminded them and they all quieted down
joey walked in and i looked at him
his eyes were bloodshot red and he had small bags forming under his eyes and his hair was messy
"morning lucifero" sophia said and he rolled his eyes walking to his office
"what's wrong with him?" i asked
sophia looked at me "nothing he's just been moody" she shrugged
he walked back out with a bottle of vodka and whiskey
sophia went over and walked up to him, "again?"
"lasciami andare luciana" he groaned and she scoffed
"se questo riguarda valeria, sei un idiota" she said and his jaw clenched
"non e affari tuoi, tu cazzo cagna!" he snapped and she looked taken aback
it made me jump at how loud his voice was
he walked off and i heard his door slam upstairs
the guys all looked at sophia shocked
seconds later bailey started crying making me sigh and walk off upstairs
i walked into my room and she was standing on her crib
i laid her on my bed and played cartoons on the tv, i sighed
what am i gonna be doing here?
i'm just gonna be living in a toxic filled household with a bunch of criminals
in italy. .
i groaned, i can't even leave the house or do anything
i remembered that guy i met yesterday and the store, i hope he comes by sometime
i bit my lip thinking, what if i go out and explore italy?
i looked at bailey who kept a focus on the tv as she drank her bottle
i got out of bed and went into my closet, i grabbed a black long sleeved shirt with black jeans and black boots
i looked around and found a black coat with a fur collar
even though my outfit consists of all black i always find it comforting wearing black
it goes good with anything
i got dressed and put my hair in a messy bun, i looked at myself in the mirror and smiled
i picked bailey up, "mama" she yapped
i kissed her cheek and walked downstairs, "can you do me a favor" i walked up to stephen who was sitting at the couch
he looked at me and his brows furrowed, "where are you going? joey doesn't allow you to leave" he said
i rolled my eyes, "he never allows me to go anywhere but just don't tell him ok, i need you to watch bailey for awhile"
he sighed, "fine but don't take too long, if he finds out he's going to kill you and he's been in a bad mood lately so it might be worse"
"i'll be fine stephen"
he nodded and handed me his car keys and i left
i felt the fresh cold wind hit me making me smile
the house had snow all around it making it look nice, i walked over to stephens car and got in driving out
i thought about what stephen said making me think, should i be doing this?
what if something bad happens? what if i crash or i get kidnapped?
i shook the thoughts away and stopped at a red light, i saw rome a few blocks down
i drove down and parked getting out, i walked over to the big place
i walked in and started walking around, "sì sì!"
a girl squealed around me
everyone kept speaking italian making me feel left out
i wanna learn the language so bad
i kept walking around looking around the place until i bumped into someone
they dropped a book making me bend down to try and grab it, "i'm so sorry"
i stood up and looked at the person making my eyes widen,
"oh my god briyana?"
