"bri!" sophia snapped again and i groaned
"your still tired?" she asked looking surprised, "yes!" i snapped
"sorry" i sighed, she chuckled as she grabbed a water bottle from the fridge "it's ok"
i sat on a chair behind the island with my head laying on the island
everyone had gone out for a meeting so it was quiet, bailey was napping, and me and sophia were in the kitchen talking
it was 6pm and i had woken up at 4pm bc of how late i went to bed
i stayed up watching tom and jerry with bailey since she had woken up and didn't go back to sleep till 5am
she sat next to me and placed a fruit bow in front of me making me smile since they were frozen
i grabbed a frozen strawberry and blueberry and popped them into my mouth
"they taste so good" i moaned, "i never really thought about eating frozen fruits till you ate those frozen strawberries" she paused
"they were good" she said and i nodded
"so what'd you do after the dinner? did you buy anything?" she asked
i shook my head, "i didn't like anything in cartier but there was this jewelry store next to it and i saw this really nice set, it was a pair of diamond earrings and a bracelet" i paused
"it was really nice but it was too expensive and i didn't have the money" i sighed
her brows furrowed, "joey didn't buy it for you?" she asked
"why would he buy it for me?" i asked confused
"well i mean if you liked it i'm sure joey would've bought it for you- i don't know" she shook it off
i nodded trying to shake away the awkwardness from that, "so you and madison"
she chuckled, "i didn't ask her out yesterday but she did give me her number"
my eyes widened, "that's a start atleast" i said
she nodded, "yeah i guess"
i heard the floor creak making my brows furrow
"did you hear that?" i asked sophia and she was eating the fruit
"hear what?" she asked and the floor creaked again but louder
she got up and pulled a gun out of her back looking around
i turned around and there was a guy pointing a gun at me
my eyes widened and he pulled me towards him
sophia pointed the gun at him, "let her go" she said
he chuckled, "tell lucifer matteo says ciao" his accent was thick
