"Pleasure meeting you here, Keith."
A Galran approached him, sitting beside him on the grass. "I was ordered to be your bodyguard for the day, my Prince." He replied. He lifted up a flower and tucked it behind the others ear. "You've always looked gorgeous, Lance."
Lance felt his ears twitch and his marks lighting up. A red tint coloured his cheeks and tips of his ears. He stared at Keith, completely speechless.
Keith let out a small chuckle, smiling he brought Lance into an embrace. "I never fail to make you speechless either. I love you."
"I love you too." Lance returned the smile, looking deeply into the Galran's eyes. "My father wants me to marry..." He pulled away from Keith a little, still in his hold. "I do not wish to..."
Keith watched as the Altean shed a couple of tears. He caressed the boys cheeks, wiping them away. "Who is your betrothed?"
"I don't know, I haven't meet them yet... I heard my sister saying that it's a man named Lotor, while my father said it was a young Altean called Allura." Lance sighed, ears dropped.
"What are we going to do? Shall we tell the King and Queen, that you do not wish to be with neither of them?"
Lance nodded, laying his head on Keith's lap. "I wish to marry you..."
