Chapter 1// Let Loose
Beep.
Beep.
Beep.
Ugh, I rolled over and pressed the snooze button on my alarm clock. Sitting up I looked over towards the other side of my room and looked at my calendar. The poor thing was worn out, but there on the sixth of June where the words 'Last day of school!' Circled around a few times.
I stood up and stretched, while a smile found it's way to my lips. Finally, I thought, after today I'm a senior.
I lazily walked over to my desk where a pile of clothes were neatly placed. A yellow sticky note was placed on top, and I frowned. My mom hadn't told me about wearing anything in particular. I picked it up, the stickiness making my fingers stick together, I then read the scribbly hand writing,
Alligator, I thought you might need some help picking out a outfit for the last day of school, so I did the honers for you ;) pick you up in a few xoxo Kylie
I chuckled then looked down at the clothes that I held in my hands.
It consisted of a loose fitting pink sweater, light blue denim skinny jeans, a dark gray scarf, and light grey vans. Ah how she can work miracles with fashion.
Approving of the outfit, I grabbed the clothes then went to my en-suite and brushed my teeth then combed through my hair.
Stripping my pjs, a very worn out tank top and spandex, I put on the sweater then hopped around the bathroom pulling on the skinny jeans.
Walking over to my nightstand I picked up my and phone and put on my earphones. Scrolling through the different songs I clicked on a random song, which happened to be 'sky full of stars' by Coldplay. I grabbed my backpack, even though I probably didn't need it, and jogged downstairs.
"Good morning mom" I said smiling and kissing her cheek, whenever I got to the kitchen. It was your average modern kitchen; stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island with a breakfast bar, and brown cabinets.
"Good morning sweetheart," she smiled warmly, "what's with the good mood?"
"Well for one my 17th birthday is in two weeks and today is the last day of school!" I said excitedly while a small laugh came from her direction.
"Don't reminded me...I feel like I'm growing older everyday" she said rolling her eyes.
"Even though I'm turning 17 doesn't mean your turning old. You look like you could be in your mid twenties"
"Who?" My dad said coming in the kitchen and kissing my moms cheek.
"Mom." I answered.
"I think your forgetting somebody " he said.
I smiled, "Nope! At least I don't think so." He looked at me amused and grabbed some sausage that was on the table.
"Hey ally could you do me a favor?" My mom asked.
