I get to the choir room and see Tina watching Artie struggle to tie his shoes. I walk over to Artie, kneel down in front of him asking, "May I?"

Smiling at me, he nods allowing me to finish. "Thanks Lia," Artie whispers. I just hug him before sitting in the chair beside him.

I overhear Quinn and Finn's conversation on possible jobs for Finn, seeing Puck scowl at them for a reason unbeknownst to me. One thing about Noah Puckerman is: his attractions and flirtations give me whiplash because each week he seems to change his mind on who he cares about. On cue, Mr. Schue walks in and hands out sheet music to Defying Gravity from Wicked. Kurt gets super excited because Wicked is one of his all-time favorite Broadway shows but is immediately disappointed when Mr. Schue automatically gives the solo to Rachel. He literally gives her every solo or lead part so why couldn't he let people audition for it? Nepotism.

The next thing he decides to announce was that the school won't pay for the handi-capable bus and suggests that we get the money ourselves with a bake sale. The idea of putting effort into this project caused a few members to suggest that Artie just drive to Sectionals with his father. I sit there with my eyes full of fire and my mouth open by their lack of sensitivity. Mr. Schue was upset with the group too, but Artie just agrees to go with his dad. "That's not okay guys. He's as much a part of this team as everyone else. He deserves to drive to sectionals with us, not alone with his dad," I express with extreme clarity that I was disappointed in them.

The bell rings and everyone leaves the choir room, walking faster than they would have if I hadn't snapped at them. Mr. Schue and I apologize for the Glee Club's behavior, feeling guilty for their reactions. Artie asks Mr. Schue if he could use the auditorium to practice and wheels himself out. "Mr. Schue, I've got an idea on how to get the money," I announce before sprinting out of the room, inspired by the sound of Artie's chair as he leaves.

Kurt speaks up at the next choir rehearsal and asks to audition for the solo in Defying Gravity, but is turned down again. Mr. Schue then expressed his disappointment in the club's insensitivity, failing to recognize his own actions, "Anyway I wanted to say something to you guys. I was a little disappointed at how all of you with the exception of Lia were all so willing to take the bus together to sectionals and make Artie drive by himself with his dad. We're a team, guys. We're in this Glee Club together."

Tina dismisses Mr. Schue, "Artie doesn't care. His dad drives him everywhere."

Artie looks at me, knowing I'm the only one who cares, "I do care. That kind of hurt my feelings."

"We didn't think you'd take it personally," Rachel defends.

Mad at her reaction I snap at her, "Well, you're irritating most of the time, you believe you're better than everyone else so you think it's okay to belittle us, and most of the time Finn is the only one who can put up with you because your personality makes us all want to put pens in our eyes but please don't take that personally. I don't know if you guys really understand how much harder Artie has to work just to keep up."

My comment either earned myself giggles, high-fives or a look of disapproval from Mr. Schuester and Finn while Artie said 'Preach' about him working harder. Mr. Schue tells us that we're doing a bake sale whether we like it or not or we won't go to Sectionals at all. He then has the A.V. club bring twelve wheelchairs into the choir room and tells us that we'll be spending three hours a day in the wheelchair and will perform a wheelchair number.
