Chapter Twenty-Three
"Where is he?" Chase asked when he caught up to me.
"I don't know, I don't see-"
"Ayley!" A familiar Irish voice cut me off.
I turned my head faster than lightening to where the voice had come from.
Then I saw him.
I ran as fast as I could at him and he did he same. When I got within about two metres of him, I leaped into the air and he caught me and spun me around. We both started crying. I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around his shoulders and he held me up as best he could. People started taking pictures and paparazzi started showing interest. We didn't care. He kissed me. I couldn't see anybody else but him. I ran my fingers through his beautiful hair and he rubbed my back. When he finally put me down, he took both my hands and kissed me again.
The other four boys were still walking toward us. When Harry saw that Niall had put me down, he ran at me and picked me up the same way Niall had. I laughed and he put me down and hugged me. As they got to where we were, the other three, plus Danielle, Eleanor, and Paul, each gave me a big hug. I was still crying. Not sad tears, but tears of joy.
I heard Chase clear his throat from behind me.
"Chase!" I said.
I took Niall's hand and ran over to Chase, who was now holding up my bag, reminding me that I had forgotten about it and left it with him
"Niall, this is Chase." I smiled.
"Hi." Niall held out his free hand and Chase shook it.
I could tell Chase was almost as excited as I was. He was, after all, a Directioner too. I winked at him.
I let go of Niall's hand so I could hug Chase.
"Thank you." I whispered. "Thank you for everything."
"No problem." He smiled when I let go of him.
"Well, I should get going. My dad's going to be waiting for me outside." Chase said.
"Okay." I smiled.
"Thanks, man." Niall gave Chase a friendly pat on the arm.
Chase smiled. "It's nothing, really, I was just being nice."
"Well thank you." I said.
"You're welcome." He smiled.
I turned around to the rest of the group. "Hey, can we all get a picture?" I said.
"Oh, no." Chase tried to blow off my offer with a smile.
"Yes, Chase." I smiled. "Give me your phone!"
He sighed with a smile on his face. He took his phone out of his pocket and handed it to me.
"I can take it." Paul offered.
"No, you're going to be in it."
"Here, I'll take it." Louis said with sarcastic seriousness.
I hit him and laughed.
"Would you take it?" I asked one of the boys' bodyguards.
"Sure." He smiled and took Chase's phone.
We all arranged into a big mob and smiled at the bodyguard. Paparazzi everywhere were also taking pictures.
When he'd taken the picture, the bodyguard handed Chase his phone.
