Chapter Five

The lights shone up there. And lo and behold, Liam was up there. He had brought a microphone with him.

"Hey, guys!" He said to the boys on stage.

"Hey, Liam." Zayn said as confused as confused can get.

"Are you Chelsea?" Liam asked a girl.

"If you want me to be!" She said and hugged him.

"You're Chelsea!" He pointed to my friend. "Come here, girl!"

She screamed and wiggled her way over to him.

"Hi." Liam said when she got to him.

"Hi!" She said. She owed me big time.

"So you're Chelsea." Liam had his arm around her.

"Yea!"

"You're Ayley's friend?"

"Yea!"

"Are you from Strathroy, too?"

"Yea!"

Liam laughed. "You're talkative," he joked.

She laughed. Her laugh was almost as priceless as Niall's.

"Well I'm gonna give you this." He handed her a signed CD and a piece of paper. "This piece of paper which looks like nothing will get you a free sweater and t-shirt from the shop."

She screamed.

"I've already talked to the people who sell them, they know, so hopefully, it won't cause you any problems."

"Thank you!" She hugged him and he hugged her back.

Niall was still down on one knee on stage.

"Emma, you're going to get one of those too!"

Emma screamed.

Zayn walked up to me.

"So where's your other friend?"

"Oh right!" I had totally forgotten about Alex.

I scanned section 409 for her. When I saw her, I pointed.

"There she is! Hey, Alex! Up there! Black t-shirt, brown hair! Behind the girl with the yellow banner!" I said.

"And you, Alex!" Louis began, dramatic, as always. "Will get a little slip of paper that will get you free clothes as well! Though we'd much rather none at all!"

Everyone laughed. Louis was the joker of the group. He was so funny.

"Hey, Chelsea." I said into Niall's microphone.

Liam was still up in 308, hugging Chelsea. She looked like she was never going to let go of him.

"Yea?" She said.

"How about you let go of Liam so we can finish the concert?" I joked.

She shook her head.

Liam laughed, kissed her on the cheek, and walked away. She was in tears.

When I saw him kiss her, I screamed and clasped my hand over my mouth. That was amazing. Liam Payne just kissed my best friend. Now, she REALLY owed me big time. She'd be doing my English homework for the rest of the year!

A couple minutes later, Liam came out on stage. He walked up and stood beside Zayn, who nudged him with his elbow. Zayn winked and Liam pushed him. Liam waved at Chelsea who was still crying.
