Love at first sight

Chapter 1

It was just like any other day for Rachel Berry she got up and started getting ready to go to school she was a sophomore at William McKinley High School but that didn't stop her from having big dreams and that was broadway. Once Rachel got dressed and had everything ready she went downstairs to say good morning to her dads she never knew her mom but it didn't bother her that much because she was happy that she had two loving dad's Leroy and Hiram Berry.

"Good morning dads"- Rachel said while hugging them

"Good morning princess" - her dad's said

"Are you hungry sweetie?" her dad Leroy asked

"No I need to get going to school I'll see you guys for dinner" As she smiled at them .

Once Rachel left her house she drove to school as she was walking to her locker she notice a group of football players walking pass by her and then she saw the most handsome guy ever he was 6'3 tall, brown hair, and nice brown eyes she couldn't help but stare at him as she passed by him she started to walk faster so he won't see her blush as she turned around he also turned around and smiled at her she couldn't help but to smile back and then went to her locker she couldn't stop thinking about him but she was brought back to reality when her best friend Kurt and Mercedes showed up at her locker.

"Hey girl" Mercedes said as she smiled at her

"Hey Rach" Kurt said while opening his locker.

"Hey guys" she said while smiling at them

"What were you thinking about a second ago Rachel ?" Kurt asked a little curious

Rachel couldn't help but blush a little bit "oh nothing really " as she smiled

"Mmhmm sure it was nothing " Kurt said still curious

"Hey come on guys we need to go to class before we get in trouble" as Rachel changed the subject

They started walking to class with their arms linked together but she couldn't stop thinking about that guy she saw in the hallway she was curious on who he was. After school was over she meet up with Kurt, Mercedes, Tina, and Artie to go to glee club as they walked to the choir room she couldn't help but still think about the guy but she had to forget about him. They got to the choir and started talking and laughing once Mr.Shue walked in everybody took a sit.

"Okay guys I have a announcement" Mr. Shue said while looking at the sheet music

Everybody just started at each other to see what it was "Mr.Shue what is it?" Rachel asked curiously

"We are going to have some new members coming in tomorrow" He Said all excited

Everybody was happy but curious who the new members were going to be.

"Okay guys you can all go home see you guys tomorrow that's all for today " as Mr.Shue left

"Let's go to the mall?" Rachel asked all excited

"I'm down" Mercedes said happy

"Retail therapy my favorite thing to do let's go " Kurt said all excited

As they got to the mall and started shopping they were talking about who we're the new members and if they knew them they just couldn't wait to see who they were.

"Hey Rach who do you think the new members are" Kurt said all excited

"I don't know but hopefully they don't steal my spotlight" Rachel said jokingly and laughed a little

"Hell to the no they better not steal mine either" Mercedes said while laughing also

"As it is I could barely get a solo with you two in the way " Kurt said jokingly.
They all couldn't help but to laugh.

Once Rachel dropped off Kurt and Mercedes at their houses she drove home for dinner as she walked in she said hi to her dads and hugged them.

"Honey dinner ready" Leroy said

"I'll be back I gotta put these bags upstairs and I'll be down in a sec" she said while going to her room

She walked back downstairs and made her way to the dinner table.

"How was school today princess?" Hiram asked with a smile

"Good we're getting new glee club members tomorrow" she couldn't help but say that all excited

"That's good honey" her dad Leroy said all happy

"How was work dads?" as she said with a happy tone

"It was good but we're going to be leaving tomorrow so we will be gone for two weeks we have a big cases " Leroy said a little sad

"You could have your friends over and the glee kids but no party's Rachel" Hiram said with a strict tone

"Don't worry daddy's you guys could trust me" Rachel said with a serious tone

After the conversation they got up and cleaned up so they could go to bed. As Rachel was doing her homework she couldn't stop thinking about the guy she saw today it was the first time she felt like that she had to forget about him and focus on her homework.
