Rachel's POV

Everybody went to the hospital with Quinn I decided to stay behind and see Vocal Adrenaline performance and I wanted to talk to my mom.

I made my way over to the audience and stand all the way and the back they decided to sing "Bohemian Rhapsody" and Jesse was singing lead I couldn't believe their performance was amazing I had a feeling they were going to win and I couldn't think so half way threw their performance I left

I went to go see my mom and congratulate her on the amazing performance they were doing.

"You did an amazing job" I told her nervous as I walked into their green room

"Thank you Rachel" she said with a smile

"But we beat you today" I said with confidents and she smiled at him

"Come work at McKinley you could Co-Direct with Mr.Shue" I said happy

"Rachel this was my last year to coach a glee club I'm going back to New York It's time for me to settle down get a dog" she said with a giggle

I started to feel sad.

"Look all my life has been about performing and coaching Vocal Adrenaline but I wanna something new I wanna start a family. I've missed out so much on you seeing you grow up and becoming a talented beautiful young lady" she said with a smile

"Um I better go" I said

"Hey where's everybody?" she asked

"Oh their at the hospital with Quinn she had her baby" I said with a smile

"Is she okay? What about the baby?" She asked concerned

"Yeah she's okay she had a beautiful baby girl" I said and left and went back to the green room I saw the others they just back from the hospital.

"How's Quinn?" I asked

"She's great the baby looks like her and had Pucks mouth and nose" Santana said happy

"Puck stayed with her?" I asked

"Yeah he wanted to spend much time with the baby before someone adopts her" Finn said

Just then the lights start flickering that means it's time for the results so we made our way to the stage with the others.

"I just wanna say everybody did an amazing job but only one could go to nationals" Ron Remington said

We were all holding hands.

"Third place goes to Dalton Academy The Warblers" He announced and handed them the trophy

"First place goes too...Vocal Adrenaline" he said and gave them the trophy

They gave us our Second place trophy and we walked off stage everybody was pretty bummed out.

"Finn take me to see Quinn and the baby" I told him

"Sure let's go" he said and we left

Quinn's POV

Puck and I decided to go see our baby in the nursery room she was sleeping so we just stared at her threw the glass window.

"She looks like you know" Puck said with a smile he couldn't keep he's eyes off her

"But she has your mouth and nose" I said with a smile

"Are you sure you don't wanna keep her?" Puck asked making sure

"I'm pretty sure she needs someone that can give her what she wants and give her attention we won't be able to do that" I said sad

"You're right" he said sad
