Chapter 26

Finn's p.o.v:

We all went back to Rachel's house after we ate and watched a movie we watched Scary movie 3 the whole time we were just laughing and having a good time. Once the movie was over everyone packed up to go home.

"Hey Rach I'll be back I'm going to go out with Sam for bit okay?" Santana said

"Yeah that's fine have a good time see you later Sam" Rachel said as she walked them out

I stayed with her for a little bit.

"That was a great party Rachel" I said as I walked up to her

"Yeah it went well I'm glad you enjoyed it" She said shyly

"Look Rachel I meant what I said last night I would never hurt" I said as I lifted her chin up

"I know Finn but please let me get use to us okay?" she said as she stared in my eyes

"Okay don't worry, hey I was wondering if you wanted to go out tomorrow on a date so we could get to know each other more?" I asked as I scratched the back of my head

"I would love that Finn" she said as she smiled

"Okay great I better go it's late already and my moms probably worry" I said as walked to the door

"Finn wait stay for a little until Santana comes back please?" she asked nicely

"Okay sure" I smile at her

The whole time we were just talking about how Santana and I first meet and why we stopped talking and she was giving me advice on how no girl should come in between or ruin a perfect friendship because if she really did like or love you she would understand that friendship when she was saying that and she's right Quinn shouldn't have done that in the beginning I feel so stupid for letting her ruin my friendship with Santana but I'm glad we broke up in a way.

Santana came back from her date with Sam once I saw her I got up and hugged her tight.

"Ooookay what was that hug for Hudson?" she asked confused

"Santana I missed talking to you I shouldn't have let Quinn come in between us" I said all sad

"Finn come here" she said as she sat down on the couch I sat next to her

"Look Finn when you told me you were dating Quinn I was pretty mad because you knew she made Britts and I life a living hell but once you said you should of listen to her that hurt me I walked away with tears in my eyes. I tried talking to you but we're always with her or when you saw me you would just walk the other way. A week later during Cheerios practice she came up to me telling me how she cried when you told her what I said about her and you asked her what would it take for her to be happy and she told you not be friends with me and you agreed with her. You don't know how disappointed I was in you Finn to let this girl come between us we known each other for almost our whole life's and you choose her barely knowing her" she said with tears rolling down her face I can't believe I hurt her that bad

"Santana I-" she interrupted me before I could say anything

"After we stopped talking I couldn't stop crying the fact I lost my best friend and when my parents would bring you up I would lie to them saying you would be busy with football and when it's your moms wedding I decided not to go because I didn't want to cause drama at the wedding I knew Quinn would be there so I just went to cheer camp" she said with so much saddens

"I'm so sorry I did that to you I feel so stupid for letting Quinn come in between us I shouldn't have done that to you cause friends come first and I did a mistake to choose a girl I barely knew ruin that." I felt so guilty

"It's okay it's in the past now and we could focus on rebuilding our friendship again since Quinn not in the picture anymore" She said and smiled at me

We got up and hugged each other she walked me out the door I notice Rachel wasn't around I guess she went upstairs to give us some privacy I told Santana goodnight and went home I'm glad everything is fixed now.
