Alec stood before his father, his eyes empty and cold. Michael stared back at his only son, memories of his childhood flooding through his mind as he stood there facing off with Alec. He had always been a headstrong child but always lacked the gull to go against him and now here he stood a man, and a soon to be father and it was all for nothing.

He would lose in this fight and the Alpha knew it. It was only a matter of time before the inevitable happened, but he would humor his son one last time before he met his maker.

Alec pulled out a large hunting knife, his fingers wrapped around the hilt as he held the blade back towards his forearm, the sharp edge pointing outwards. Michael's eyes went straight for the knife, a smirk running across his lips. "Mighty fine blade you got there son, I hope you know how to use it." Alec sneered.

"You'll find out soon enough." The two went at one another in full force. Alec moving with graceful ease even for his towering size, he pivoted his foot as he dashed forward slicing through the air with the hunting knife barely missing the Alpha's chest by a mere inch. Michael jumped back as the knife came towards his chest just missing him. He lurched forward throwing a punch towards Alec and connecting with his jaw sending him staggering back.

Alec quickly regained his balance before going at the Alpha once again nicking him in the arm with the blade, a line of crimson forming along the wound from the knife. Michael hissed; his dark eyes landing on the wound then back to Alec.

He turned to look at Paul who then tossed him a hunting knife as well to even the odds. Alec eyed the knife as Michael got into position holding the hunting knife just as Alec had. A short second passed before they were rushing at one another again, striking at one another with the knife, this time Alec being the one nicked across the chest by Michael.

Ara gasped, clasping a hand to her mouth as she watched in horror as Alec went up against his father. Alec looked down to his chest then looked back up to Michael and growled as he rushed at him once more and throwing a hard punch towards his face and connecting with his nose sending Michael back a few steps. His lip was presented with a large split, but it mattered none to him. He could take as many hits as possible and it wouldn't faze him a bit.

The fight between the two seemed to feel like it would last forever as they rushed at one another back and forth with the knives in their hands, one slicing the other and landing blow after blow until their faces were a bloody mess. Just then, they rushed at one another again, the Alpha stepped to one side putting him in the line of Ara and Dahlia giving him a fair advantage with Alec as he held himself back to bring the Alpha away from them.

Michael inwardly smirked as he used this to his advantage and waited for Alec to advance forward and as he did, he too went forward only to have his own knife knocked from his hand. He watched as the knife fell to the ground and slide away. He moved his arm up as Alec came at him with the knife again only to manage to disarm Alec tossing his knife aside and landing a couple of blows to his face.

Alec ducked down ramming into his father and dropping him to the ground. Not wanting to go down alone, Michael took hold of Alec and brought him down with him, the two grappling along the frozen lake without a thought of the ice ever breaking beneath them and sending them into the freezing waters below.

Alec rolled on top of Michael and began throwing punch after punch after punch, anger, and rage filling each hit he threw as if every hit he landed would somehow solve all the years of troubles he had been given because of his father.

Landing another blow, the Alpha managed to get a hold of Alec and throw him off of him making him skid across the ice. Michael stood up wiping the blood from his face and spitting out a blob of blood and saliva mixed. He walked towards Alec just as he stood up, the hunting knife back in his hand again.
