I wake up in the middle of the night with a lot of pain in my stomach and stabbing in my back. I'm now 8 months and 2 weeks pregnant. "Fuck! Awhh" i moan Shawn wakes up. "What's up hun?" He asks "I don't know Shawn.... my belly hurts like hell and it feels like i'm being stabbed in my bag." Shawn's POV.
I wake up in the middle of the night, hearing Mandy moan. "I think it's started!" I say. "What? You think?" She anwserd.
I smile and call the hospital, they want us to come right away. I walk her to the car, she's leaning on me. Once we arrived at the hospital they pointed us a room.
She's laying on the bed with her hospital clothes on, even then she looks gorgeous.
"Auw...!" I hear her scream. "Are you okay love?" "My back hurts so bad Shawn..." i'm going to sit behind her with her body between my leggs. I start to rub her back and massage it a little. "Shawn, you really don't have to do this.." "Sssst hun, just try to releax." "That feels really good Shawn" she said. I smile and give her a kiss in her nek and on her shoulder.
The doctor comes in. " let's see if you are ready to give birth!" She says.
Mandy's POV.
I'm laying down again and open up my leggs. "Omg that's cold!" I say when she's looking at the acces.
"You're going fast! You're on 8 Cm's!" She said. I sight from releave. I feel a contraction comming up. "Shawn? Give me you're hand, please?" I ask. He stands up and almost run to me. I grab his hand and squeeze in it. "Babe? You know you're hurting me?" He said really soft. "Omg i'm sorry Shawn... i'm so so sorry!!" I say. "Don't bother hunny" he said with a smile. After a view minutes 3 doctors came into the room.
"Are you ready to push?" The doctor asks. I look at Shawn. "Yes, i am!"
I bring my leggs to my chest, Shawn holds my head up and i start to push.
"1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and let go" I let my breath go and Shawn gives me a kiss on my sweaty forehead. The next contraction is comming and i'm ready to push again. "1,2,3,4,5,6.... keep on pushing sweety, you're doing amazing!" The doctor says.
"We can see her head, just push a little more" "Shawn?" I say. "Take my hand and squeeze really hard okay?" He said and reached me his hand. I smile at him, take his hand and we're waiting for the last contraction. "Really soft, more more more" i close my eyes and hear a baby crying.
I open my eyes and see the most beautifull human right in front of me. I look at her and i start to cry. I take her and lay her on my chest. I look at shawn who is crying as well. When the doctors are gone, everything is okay and the rest returns, it's just Shawn, me and the baby. Shawn is laying next to me on the hospital bed and still crying.
Shawn's POV
There she is.... the most beautifull human being in this world. without realizing it, tears ran down my cheeks. "Thank you so much Mandy" i whisperd. "For what?" "For making me the happiest man in the world... "
Mandy's POV I look at him and again i start to cry. "Why are you so cute?" I say. He stares at the baby and smiles. "So i've been thinking, what do you think about Skylar?" I ask. He looks at me and back to the baby. "Skylar Aaliyah Mendes" he said I look at him and smile. "It's perfect" Shawn says. "It is... it really is" i say.
After 2 hours everyone is around. My mom, dad, Zoë, Karen, Aaliyah and Manny came into the room.
Karen, my mom and Zoë started to cry as soon as they saw us three in the hospital bed. "She's gorgeous Mandy..." my mom says and kiss my cheeck. Zoë runs op to me " i'm so so proud of you!" She says and give my a hug and a kiss on my forehead. My dad walks to us really slow. "Dad, you can watch her" i say. He smiles and looks at her. His eyes turn red and he starts to cry a little. "Dad? Are you crying?" "My little girl has her own little girl now...." "Dad.... you know i'll always will be you'r little girl." He smiles. "What's her name?" Aaliyah asks. I look at Shawn and smile. "Well, her name is, Skylar." I say. "Skylar Aaliyah Mendes" Shawn says after me. Aaliyah came up to us and hugged us. "It's such an honour that she has my name" Aaliyah says.
