BEGIN FLASHBACK:

Sounds of youthful giggles could be heard permeating through the humble avenue of Pittsburgh before the melodic tinkle of the bell resonated inside the petite flower shop of Mrs. Wilson.
"Good morning kids," beamed Mrs. Wilson welcoming her darlings.
"Morning Mrs. Wilson!" exclaimed the eighteen-year-olds.
Hoseok and Jimin were young and naive emigrants from Korea. After migrating to Pittsburgh and abandoning all their sorrows, Mrs. Wilson found them on the streets. They looked lost and frightened. Thereafter, she decided to take them under her wing, and treat them like her own children.
"What are you up to today, Mrs. Wilson?" questioned Jimin
"I'm meeting with the salesperson this afternoon before heading to the grocery," replied Mrs. Wilson
"So it's final, you're selling the flower shop?" spoke Hoseok, gloomily.
"I have to, dear. It's for the best," answered Mrs. Wilson.
Then suddenly, a minor tremble from beneath the Earth pulsed. It was so negligible that Mrs. Wilson and the boys thought it was a truck passing or the metro slithering underneath — normal things that make the streets rumble in the city. But the second shock hit with a force that launched Jimin to the ground. The shop swayed and twisted as if it were made of paper, and the city erupted into havoc of sirens and sounds of destruction as Mrs. Wilson stumbled out the front door.
It was so abrupt -what happened next- that it almost looked paranormal, but a massive construction material had fallen over her head, crushing her feeble being down. The boys hurried and tried to reach Mrs. Wilson, but the doorway was blocked.
Only then they realized that they were locked in a dark space filled with toxic fumes from the disruption. Decaying violets, fallen daisy petals, crumbled floral bouquets, corsages, and ash-covered roses surrounded them, yet it was all obscured. But despite everything being obscured, the boys were certain of one thing, and that pained them the most. The once radiant flower shop now looked like the ruins of a dreaded war, and soon they will be just that.
However, that wasn't even it. The devastation only seemed to get worse. The chaos and noise only kept growing as another temblor struck the ground, causing the city greater turbulence. Shards of glass cascaded over the boys from the ceiling in response to the shake. All Jimin and Hoseok could hear were the consecutive sounds of glass cluttering the ground, over and over again.

The blare of glass shattering echoed through the empty shop.
"Be careful!" exclaimed Jimin, angrily.
"Calm down, Chim. The worker accidentally dropped it," spoke Hoseok.
"Accident or not, this shop better be perfect," Jimin retorted back.
"Don't worry, it will," said Hoseok.
Jimin shifted his gaze from the broken shards to his friend and asked "Anyway, When's your checkup?"
"In an hour," answered Hoseok.
"Ok, don't forget to text me the results when they're out," said Jimin before leaving Hoseok to go help the workers assemble the Orchids and white Snapdragons that would hang from the ceiling.
