Mornings weren't so ordinary at the Salvatore school, it's a school for the supernatural for god's sake. But what Nate didn't expect to happen-ever in his life-was to be woken up by his bedroom door being magically slammed.
"Oh Jesus!" Lizzie exclaims once she sees the Labonair shirtless, half expecting him to be fully naked. Josie on the other hand, turned red and tried to hid her face as Nate sat up. Embarrassed by the fact that she and her sister stormed into his room and woke the boy up.
The blond boy rolls his eyes at the girl before asking "why did you do that? It's too early." Not actually knowing that he had missed breakfast and the first two periods. "Early? Shut up. You've missed two lessons and my dad need us at the Library." And Lizzie dramatically shuts her eyes as she throws Nate a shirt.
"Did you go in my closet?" He asks, putting the shirt on anyways. "Yes, well no, Josie did." and it's mornings like this where Nate wishes he was a basic human. But ends up regretting that wish by the end of the night. "Right well, get out. I'll be down there in a minute." And the brunette twin, who hadn't spoken a word to Nate, happily walks away.
It takes about seven minutes for Nate to get ready, brushing his teeth, doing his hair and whatnot . The werewolf was in a rush and had no idea why on Earth he would get woken up just to talk to the head master. By the time he's at the Library, Alaric's began telling the four teens that they're being punished for yesterday's incidents
"Sorry, but I didn't punch Dana nor did I do what Hope did. Why am I getting punished like this?." Yeah he beat up Connor, but there is no way that community service is worse than being Suspended for a week and having to deal with an angry mom for two of those days.
Lizzie only scoffs at what she thinks is a 'ridiculous question' and smirks before narrowing her eyes and speaking. "You almost broke Connor's face. Dad, if anyone's to be punished it's Nathaniel." Where was this coming from?
Lizzie the one who said to kick her dad's plan to the Kerb and 'burn those bitches to the ground'. "I mean, Nate's the captain he had the last call." So not only did Lizzie throw her sister under the bus, but she ratted Nate out too.
Hope then decided to speak having had enough of Lizzie. "No offence, but we all know Nate's angry decisions are invalid." If it weren't for the fact that they were all getting punished, It would almost seem like 'pick on Nate day'
They were all pointing out his flaws or what he did wrong, minus Josie of course. The girl refused to even look his way because of the kiss with Penelope.
Alaric doesn't seem to mind the bickers seeing as he's dealt with it so many times. "You're lucky Connor's parents aren't pressing charges or that you're getting put in isolation." Alaric and Emma were always on Nate's ass about Control.
