Serena's P.O.V
Next Day (afternoon)
I text Roman and told him to meet me on my porch. I haven't really talked to him. I had the baby monitor in my hand
Roman sat beside me on the steps
"I'm sorry for the way I acted yesterday" I said, looking straight ahead
Roman pulled his hand on top of mine "I'll always be here for you" Roman said
I moved my hand "I get that" I still didn't look at Roman, I looked at the stars
"We should still have a mutual friendship....for Jordyn"
I shrugged "I know.... " I sighed
"Both of u mean a lot to me" Roman said
"Don't....... Just don't do that"
Roman grabbed my chin and turned my face to him. Our faces were close to each other. Roman's lips brushed mine
I quickly stood up and was about to head into my house
"Can we hang out tonight, at least" Roman asked and I stopped
"I have to take care of Jordyn" I turned around
"Well..... We can hang out here"
"Fine" I sighed
"7:00"
"Alright"
Roman came up to me and hugged me. I just stood there. His arms were pretty low.....
"Ok" I quickly said, wanting him to let go
8:25pm
Roman's P.O.V
I had already told Caleb what's happening before I came over here and of course he doubted me
Serena and I were playing Twister (My idea). We've already played spades, memory, call of duty, and mortal combat
"Right hand red" Serena called
I had to reach over her stomach to touch it, but I got it
"Left leg blue" I called and Serena did that with ease
"Left hand yellow"
I reached over Serena and fell on top of her
Serena groaned "Your heavy..... "
"I'm sorry" I laughed
I looked into her eyes and kissed her. Serena rolled on top and I thought she was going to kiss me but she got off of me
I sat up "What" I asked
"You know what" Serena looked at me
I stood up and put my arms around Serena's neck. She gave me a look and ducked from under my arms
"Come on.... " I begged
"Don't want Jessica to get mad" Serena teased
"There's nothing going on between us"
"Same with us"
"There should be......"
"Where's Jessica..."
"At a hotel here"
"And.....you've been around me...." Serena squinted her eyes
"Because I want to be with u"
"It's getting late, u should go"
"It's not even 9:00pm. Let me spend the night here,..... To be with Jordyn"
Serena rocked back and forth on her heels before nodding "You can sleep in the guest room" she turned around and left the room
I headed to Jordyn's room to check on her. She was fine. I was getting tired so I went into the guest room
I took my shirt off climbed in the bed. I stared at the ceiling for a few minutes. I wasn't able to sleep. My bed felt......lonely.
I got up and went into Serena's room. I saw her laying in the bed. I laid down behind her and put my arm around her
"Why are you in my room....."
"I couldn't sleep and I missed being beside you"
Serena rolled over, facing me now. She didn't say anything, she just put her hand on my cheek and slowly kissed me
