I took a shower and washed my hair. That party must've been turnt up if everyone was passed out and I looked terrible
I laid back down in my bed and fell asleep. I didn't have to get Jordyn until 12pm
Later That Day
Caleb's P.O.V
"Yea. She purposely made Jordyn's middle name kinda like my last name!" I told Roman
"Why would she do that" Roman said, carelessly
"Serena kept going on about doing something that meant or wouldn't mean something to her. That's why Jordyn's middle name sounds a lot like my last name. Serena said it reminded her of her first love"
"u actually believe that"
Roman was denial "U don't believe that" I raised an eyebrow
"I don't know" Roman shrugged, sitting back on the couch
I had cleaned my house and got most of the people out of here.
It was only the afternoon and I was getting bored. Roman was here and he's family, but he's just hung up on Serena and he seems jealous of what Serena and I have going on right now
I don't want to call Serena right now because she's probably busy and I talk to her everyday
"What are u thinking about" Roman interrupted my thoughts
"Oh. Nothing. So....... What Serena said about you yesterday....... "
"What about it" Roman snapped
"Is it true" I asked defensively
"Yea.... And"
"What do you mean 'AND?!'"
"What does it matter to you"
"Why doesn't it matter to you"
"It's done and over with. It's a long story"
"But to make it short, you cheated on Serena more than once, even got your ex pregnant and wasn't there when Jordyn was born"
"Jessica was having our baby! What was I supposed to do, leave"
"For Serena, yea!"
"What would you have done"
"Be there for the woman I care for and love, duh!"
"You know that ur worse than me. You stare at every girl that walk past u. Always trying to get their number"
"That was when I was in middle school and high school" I shrugged
"Whatever. It's not like it'll work out again" Roman shrugged
"I think you two need counseling, especially since both of u are parents"
"I don't want to see a professional and talk about our personal problems"
"How about you guys talk to me, I mean, u talk to me about a lot of things already"
"I guess"
"We can do it now. To fix ur problems sooner" I suggested
"If u call Serena and let her know that I'm here, she wouldn't agree"
"Just trust me" I said
10 Minutes Later
"Hey" I greeted Serena at the door
"Hi" Serena smiled as she held Jordyn. Serena stepped in and immediately stopped and looked angry
Serena turned around and looked at me
"Can u sit down" I asked
"No! Why did u call me here and Roman's here" Serena asked through gritted teeth
"We're just going to talk"
"No!"
I looked into her eyes "Please..."
It took Serena a few seconds to answer but she agreed
Serena sat far from Roman and looked irritated
I sat in between both of them
"So..... What's wrong with you two" I asked
Serena made a face
"In all honesty, I fucked up. I'm sorry, Serena. I would redo it all. I'm sorry that I've lost your trust and that I hurt you too many times" Roman said
Serena's face softened a little
"I love you" Roman continued
"Can I go now" Serena turned to me
"You don't have anything to say to Roman" I said
"No" Serena simply answered. She stood up and headed for the door. Roman stop her and held her arms and quickly kissed kissed Serena. My eyes widened. Serena resisted and stepped back
Roman kissed Jordyn on the cheek and Serena stood there for a few seconds, wanting to say something, but left without saying anything
"Um..... OK.... " I said
"She still loves me" Roman claimed
"What makes you think that"
"The look Serena gave me before she left"
"Mhmm.." I said
"What.... U think she has feelings for you"
"As a matter of fact, yes" I stood up
"She may have 5 years ago"
"At least I know that we'll be together"
"Your wet dreams will get u nowhere" Roman smirked
I scoffed "You won't get back with Serena, obviously"
"How about we have a bet"
"I'm down"
"We'll see who Serena wants. We'll ask her who she loves and see who she chooses"
"K. Loser has to leave her alone"
"Agreed"
We shook hands on it
