Chapter 13. Threats

Felix's POV
I woke up sleeping on Brandon's couch from yesterday's party after are Tournament win. I was so happy about are win and I thought we truly deserved it.
"Your up early." I looked at his kitchen and saw Brandon making a cup of coffee.
"Hey can I have some!" I walked to the kitchen and grabbed a cup.
"Sure why not." He poured some in his cups and then poured some in my cup.
"Do you have any cream to go with this?" I asked as I just looked at the coffee.
"Yeah, let me get it." Brandon opened a cabinet and grabbed the cream for the coffee.
    "Here." He poured some time cream into my coffee. I grabbed a spoon and started to stir it up, after a few seconds I took a tiny little sip.
  "Yum! Why are you you early?" I asked Brandon as I took a sip.
    "I usually wake up at this time." He states and drinks his coffee. I turn my head and see Mallory and Rosalina sleeping side to side.
   "Awww!" I squeal.
"Shh!! Don't wake them up!" Brandon whispered to me.
   "Sorry." I replied back. I put my coffee on the glass table and take my phone out, I took three pictures Mallory and Rosalina kinda cuddling. I start to giggle but then stop.
   "Hey Brandon, I'm gonna leave. Thanks for the party!" I whisper to him abd waved goodbye. He always waved goodbye and I headed to my apartment. As soon as I got to my apartment I took a shower and made myself some breakfast.
"I'm just going to go to Inkopoils Square and see what's going on." I said as I just finished eating my breakfast. I walk a couple of blocks down to Inkopoils Square and found inkling girls making fun of me.
   "Eww it's the inkling girl who loves Turf Wars." One whispered
  "I'm not that interested into Turf wars that much." Another one added
    "Geez why does she have to be like a boy"  the last one just laughed a bit at the end. I tried to ignore but it really got to me this time. I looked around and found Liam in the middle of Inkopoils Square.
  "Hey Liam!" I waved to him.
"Oh hey Felix!" He waved back at me.
    "What are you doing here?" I asked him.
"Oh just about to go shopping. You?" He told me and asked me.
   "I was just seeing what's going on." I lied.
  "Huh? I know that look Felix, that's not why." He crossed his arms and just looked at me with a curious look.
    "I-alright you caught me." I admitted.
   "What is it then?" He asked me again.
  "I.....ok Liam I like you....and I just wanted to tell you because it would feel weird that I like you even though you have a girlfriend, so I just wanted to tell you that." I looked away from him and started to rub my other arm.
    "Y-You like me!?" He sounded extremely shocked.
  "I thought that since you have a girlfriend and I liked you, I thought you wouldn't want to be my friend anymore." I finished feeling so sorry for him.
    "Why would you say that! Will always be friends!" He hugged me.
  "T-Thanks." I stuttered and hugged him back.
  "Well, I'm going shopping! Cya Felix!" He waved bye to me. I also waved goodbye to him, but as I was going to turn around I felt a tap on my back. I turned and saw an inkling girl the same height as me, she had long hair with sharp tips and a jacket on her.
   "C-Can I help you?" I asked her and she had a mean look on.
  "Actually yes, you can stop hanging around my boyfriend!" She sounded anger.
    "But he's my friend! I can't just ditch him like tha-" I was cut off with her holding my collar on my jacket.
  "Shut your pretty ass mouth and stay away from him, or you'll get hurt. Also don't think about texting him." She threaten me. I just slowly nodded and she dropped me on the floor, I held my neck as there was pain because of her. I held in my tears and walked home. And other inkling girls started to whisper things about me being a tomboy and stuff. It kinda got on my nerve. I was threatened by Liam's girlfriend....
