Chapter 2. New Players

Felix's POV
Felix woke up to her annoying alarm to get get ready to go to Inkopoils Square. "Ugh.....why did we agree to wake up at this time." I get dresses and grabbed my weapon and went down to the train to Inkopoils Square, I found Rosalina in the same spot we meet yesterday.
  "Hey Rosalina!" I called out to her as I walked down to the empty seat.
"Hey Felix! Did you know that Pink Team already wants a rematch with us?" She mentioned to me.
   "W-What!? I had no idea!" I said with shock.
"Well luckily we can't they still need two more players." Rosalina giggled a bit as I went along. They got off the train and saw Slate and Lucas sitting down.
    "Hey guys, were here!" Rosalina waved to them.
  "Oh hey guys!" Slate waved back. Me and Rosalina sat down in the two empty chairs and started to chat, but I had one question in my head that I couldn't keep.
    "D-Do you guess know the name Captain of the Pink Team?" I nervously smiled.
"Oh, his name is Brandon. He is one of the greatest Splatoon players-" Lucas was cut off.
   "If He is great how come he lost." Rosalina pointed out.
    "He has is own strategy, if his team loses he will know the weak players." Lucas finished.
"I never thought of that!" Slate said with shock.
   "Well we still make a great team!" I pointed out to them.

Brandon's POV
I walk down to the spot that I was at when I got my first team yesterday, but as I do I see Cyan Team talking to each other. They are strange to me but I'll just ignore them, I see one of my good teammates from yesterday his name is Keith.
  "Hey Brandon How is it going!" He sounded like a rapper like Pearl from Off the Hook.
"Hey my Bro!" A female voice called from behind me.
    "Heyo Bro!!" She ran up to Keith and put her shoulder around his neck.
  "You liar! You said you weren't on a team!" She laughed.
  "Is this your girlfriend?" I asked him with no hesitation.
   "W-What!?" They both said at the same time.
"Y-Your joking right!" The girl started to burst with laughter.
    "W-Were twins....this is my sister Mallory..." he said in embarrassment.
"I would like to tryout on your team!" Mallory told me with confidence. I've never seen someone so confident but they could be wreck less.
"Alright....you get one chance." I said with no emotion to her. She pulled out her weapon and it was a Splattershot Jr with a star sticker in it.
"Hey Brandon let this man tryout on your team, his name is Octa-Zane!" She cut off the other name she was going to say.
"We know this person very well so if you don't mind." Marina added as Pearl was rubbing her head.
"Alright, that's Keith, Mallory, and you know me as Brandon." I told the octoling.
"T-thank you!" He thanked me. We entered to Deco Tower and saw Team Green, they had a female leader, with three boy inklings.
Pearl- Ready!
Marina-set!
Both-GO!!!
I started to paint straight ahead but saw Mallory doing it as well, Starfish main stage must be her favorite map. She was already in the middle charged up with her special, and Keith was covering are base and the same with Zane. I saw Mallory hiding so she can Splat them easily, I did the same and saw Slosher coming my way I got out of squid form and quickly splatted the person, instead Mallory threw a bomb. Keith found a secret way that the other team was coming by so he quickly got up there and splatted the Charger, Mallory used her special weapon Ink storm and Zane used his special weapon Baller. He found two teammates trying to avoid him but the baller he was in exploded with pink ink and splatted the two. There was only 1 minute left on the timer and we headed to the enemy base, Keith was splatted with the charger as he headed out first. Mallory speeded ahead and threw a bomb at the charger which splatted her, Zane then went up and found a person with dualies was trying to get a secret way out butwas stopped by Zane who splatted him with his Brella. I used my splash down at the last second so I can get more Turf, Judd rolled the results and Pink Team won. Mallory was the first on the leaderboard and Zane was second,I was impressed that they beat me and Keith on the scoreboard for are Team but it doesn't matter we won and now we can fight Team Cyan. We exited the Tower and headed to We're Cyan Team was about to leave.
"Hey Cyan Team!" I tried to get there attention but only the girl with the Heavy Splatling heard, she tapped on her friends on the shoulder and pointed at me. They looked back and were in shock.
"So I see you got new players Brandon." Slate smirked at me.
"I do and I challenge you tomorrow to a rematch, and I won't go easy." I said to them with a smile.
"I guess this means are teams are going to be very close!" Lucas started to laugh.
"I guess so...." I said and walked away with my new team. My team will beat yours Cyan Team....just watch"

Ok so I might post 1 chapter or 2 Chapters a day because I have school and I'm not suppose to be on my phone during the school week but my parents don't say anything even though they made that rule XD But I hope you enjoy this book so far.
