It was beautiful. It was an ice rink unlike any one I'd ever seen. There were props and decorations on it of all kinds. There was a giant snowflake, a few Christmas trees, and it was all set up to look like a forest. I looked at Aaron in amazement.
- Did you do all this? -. I asked in awe.
His face turned tomato red.
- Yeah - he answered shyly. - Do you like it? -.
- I love it - I said. Now a little shy myself.
- Let's do this! - he said grabbing two pairs of ice skates from a bench behind him.
- Sure! - I said grabbing one of them.
We tied up our skates and got on the ice. When we did, the lights sort of dimmed and my favorite song came on. I hummed along.
-Wait a second- he said. - Do you like this song? -
- Of course I do. It's my favorite. Do you like Lana del Rey? - I asked i surprise.
- Best singer EVER -. he said smiling.
I smiled and he grabbed my hand. We skated through the fake forest laughing and singing to Brooklyn Baby until almost midnight.

The cab drove us back. We were standing at my building's entrance.
- I had a great time tonight - I said smiling.
- Me too - he said smiling back. - Can we do this again? A restaurant this time - he said chuckling.
- I'd love that - I said laughing. - I'll call you ok? -.
He nodded and I started walking towards the revolving door. I felt a hand on my arm. It was Aaron. Before I could say anything, he was pressing his lips against mine. I froze then kissed him back. A few seconds passed and he let me go. I blushed and lightly touched my lips. I smiled in embarrassment and watched him walk away. I practically floated up to my apartment.
