Barry was incredibly nervous. He wondered why hey would even agree to asking Caitlin Snow out. It's Caitlin Snow! One of the most popular girls in Central City High! It's not like she'd say yes. Barry figured that she wouldn't laugh at him since they were shirt of friends, but he didn't want to be turned down either.

Barry's POV

Over the past weeks Caitlin and I had become friends. I didn't really think that I had feelings for her, even though she's very hot, until we spent that night at her house together. And now that Cisco basically said that she liked me, I couldn't stop thinking about being with her.

Granted it's only almost lunchtime, but ever since first break the idea of being with her has stayed present in my mind. It's made it hard for me to focus on my classwork, but I was lucky enough to still pull through.

Caitlin, Cisco, Patty, and I will be spending lunch together. Plus her friend, who's on the volleyball team, Kendra Saunders. I've never really met her, but I'm pretty sure she helped me with an Ancient Egyptian history assignment before.

I couldn't ask her out in front of Patty though, since I may have feelings for her too. I'm not really sure though. But I'll definitely have to do it during lunch... or I could do it after school.

I nod my head.

Wait, no. Barry Allen you are not a procrastinator, don't start now.

I shake my head. That's more like it. Then it's settled, I'll ask her out today I may get rejected. Well, it kind of wouldn't make sense if I got rejected. It may just be my 17 year old teenage hormones, but I'm pretty sure she's been dropping hints to me anyways. I could just be imagining it all. Okay, really? All of these negative thoughts are not helping me out.

Caitlin's POV
Few hours earlier

When is this guy going to ask me out? I didn't explicitly reveal to Cisco that I wanted to be with him for nothing! Now it's break. I looked behind me to see Cisco next to Barry. Finally he's telling him.

After that being settled, I turned back yo my bestie.

"You just can not keep your eyes off of him." Kendra chuckled next to me.

"Who? Mr. Cunningham?" I asked her. What? That's who we were literally talking about.

"No, idiot. Barry."

"How do you know him?" I asked. I didn't expect her to know his name. And when I told her about him, it's not like I showed her a picture or something.

"I don't know. I remember helping him with a history assignment. That's all I recall though." She pouted at the end.

"Yeah, You should really get that memory thing checked out." She shrugged at my input. "But to answer your question, I'm just making sure no one else snatches him up."

"Yeah, so that you can have him."

"Isn't that implied?" I say seriously, and then laugh at myself. I still don't know if I should bring up the hidden information involving her. But I'm really missing my friends. "Hey, look Kendra-" I'd gotten her attention, but it'd only lasted a bit before I didn't need it any anymore. Because someone who hasn't been here for a bit appeared. Speak of the she-devil. I was just about to confront the secret too.
