Arthur and the Invisibles au.

Deidre stared out of her window bored. It was a little past midnight, and her sleep had been snatched away by the clutches of insomnia.

The teen scratched her itchy scalp with her long nails carefully, trying to avoid hurting herself.

The girl stood up from her bed and grabbed unto her fur covered journal, deciding to put down her thoughts for the time being.

Woojin jumped in shock as he saw the huge girl awake, and seated by the window.

This was the first time he had ever seen her awake.

The minimoy had been making daily trips to her bedroom to steal a huge cookie from the plate on her bedside table. He really couldn't help his sweet tooth and resorted to taking the risk of eating from her plate.

Deidre had a massive sweet tooth and often placed five cookies on a saucer on her bedside table nightly.

The girl often always ate just three but would usually wake up and find one left, and she would conclude that she must have woken up sometime at night and eaten it.

Unknown to her, a certain sugar loving minimoy was the culprit.

Woojin gulped, hiding behind the window seal. She wouldn't see him there, he was tiny enough and covered completely.

His little tummy rumbles hungrily.

The minimoy had been so excited to eat the chocolate cookie tonight that he didn't eat since lunch, hoping to sit on the giant plate and savor the new cookie she had started keeping these days.

It was two cookies joined together by a white and delectable cream in between them, which Woojin especially enjoyed licking.

The minimoy always felt a rush of excitement and happiness flow from his toes to his ears when he ate it.

And he had to have it tonight.

He noticed her getting up and stepping into another room. This was his chance.

Woojin climbed over the window seal, grabbing unto the curtain and slid down to the ground.

His little hands held unto the wire attached to the lamp next to the bedside table and he began to pull himself up on it.

When he got near the top of the table, he swung himself to the table, landing perfectly on it.

"Finally! Sweet biscuit!" Woojin squeals excitedly, all sense of danger and hiding straying away from his thoughts.

The little minimoy stood and picked up an Oreo cookie, it was quite heavy for him but he didn't care as long as he could bite into it and enjoy its flavor.

Mind far gone, the minimoy stood on the porcelain plate, munching away happily at the cookie.

Deidre couldn't register the shock that she felt at the sight in front of her.

"What on earth is that?" She thought to herself, cleaning her eyes twice with the back of her hands.

Why was there something that looked like an action figure standing on her cookie plate?

Woojin danced happily as he ate the cookie, and Deidre nearly screamed in fear.

The girl covered her mouth with her palm in shock.

"It's moving!" She thought.

Carefully, she walked closer to the table, eyeing it, whatever it was.
