~Cloud's POV~
The electricity rushes through my veins, no, forget veins, it jolts through my bones and my brain. I can't think, I can't move, but I feel like my body is trying to get away from the searing pain. I feel like someone is literally ripping me apart, fiber by fiber, all at once. Even my eyeballs feel zapped. Finally it all stops, but my screams I didn't know I was releasing echoes throughout the high ceilinged room. Gasping for air, I glare up at Loz, who's laughing, and Yazoo, who looks proud of his work. Sephiroth laughs darkly from across the room.
"That's payback for the hall earlier!"
"Are we ready for the information first?" Yazoo speaks up.
"Go ahead."
He nods and walks over to a box covered in controls. Then he holds it a safe distance away from me.
"This is your torture control. You get to choose what happens if you don't answer, which I'm sure will happen a few times, just select a... toy or two and we'll be on our way."
I just glare at my bound wrists, which are strapped to the arms of the metal chair by thick, sturdy leather strips.
"We have your greatest fears you know," He hisses by me again. For some reason, this frightens me a little. What are my greatest fears? I don't even know.
"Ready or not, here I come," Sephiroth says deeply as he sits across from me. "Where's the black materia, Cloud?"
"You used it, didn't you? To call Meteor?" I frown.
"Of course, but where's the rest?"
"You took everything!" I insist.
"Well, apparently your girlfriend Aeris was keeping more from you than we thought," he chuckles darkly as I scowl. "Yazoo? No answer policy, correct?"
"Yes sir," he says under his breath and shoves the box onto my lap. "Which one?"
There's an assortment of switches, colored buttons and dials on it, but I just frown and ignore them.
"Cloud, I will chose myself if I have to," Loz threatens slightly with a smirk.
"Fine," I grumble, pointing to random blue button.
"Hm," Yazoo says, taking the box and fiddling with some things before nodding toward Sephiroth. "This just happens to be our favorite."
"Lovely," he grins and stands, leaving his spot to walk over to the station farther away, and coming back with a TV on a short cart.
"Are you gonna torture me with Dora?" I scoff.
"Oh, much better," Loz cackles, but Sephiroth hushes him.
"We must not hint his... wonderful surprise."
"Here we go, freezing the vision," Yazoo mutters to himself as he fiddles with something. Suddenly, my eyes won't move when I try to move them. And then they're involuntarily locked on the screen.
"Ready?" Sephiroth looks at the two beside me.
"Mhmm."
"Here we go," he hits the power button.
I don't understand. How did they get this? Yazoo may be genius, but I didn't he could figure out how... do this. Yuffie's on the screen, just walking down the streets of Wutai. She looks older, maybe by a few years, and is holding a little girls hand. As they turn a corner, a tall figure appears out of nowhere. Why am I watching a movie about Yuffie and a little girl? I wonder. The person traps her against the wall and she roughly shoves him away. Then he jams a knife in her side. She gasps in surprise and then tries to knock him out of the way. They struggle to keep each other down and it seems to keep striking one chord on my heart. It seems so real, feels so real.
