The moment the fighting began the whole of Lord Death's allies split to fight opponents BlackStar, Tsubaki, Stein and Spirit had beat Simon and were on their way back to regroup with Lord Death.
-to Medusa's battle-
"Well isn't this nice my dear Crona come to help mama" Medusa says as Marie stands in front of him.
"Your not going to trick Crona to help you Medusa just because Rex isn't here doesn't me we will let you take Crona" Marie said as Medusa gave her a snake like smile.
"Oh but last I check Crona was my flesh and blood so isn't it natural for a mother to want her child to come home" Medusa says looking straight at Crona.
Marie soon turns her hand into a hammer and begins to swing it at Medusa as she does and as she dodges she place an arrow beneath Marie that sends her flying into a wall as Liz and Patty change into twin pistols as Kid grabs them.
"You will feel the wrath of a grim reaper Medusa" Kid says as he begins to shoot at Medusa as she dodges and leaves an arrow on the ground that sends the bullet towards Marie as Crona blocks them with his demon sword.
"Thank you Crona" Marie said as Crona looks at Medusa.
"I will not be your puppet anymore mom" Crona says as Medusa gets angry and soon places an arrow under her feet and launches herself at Crona sending him through the wall.
"You shouldn't talk back to your mother Crona now then why don't we send you away" Medusa says as she place an arrow behind Marie and sends her crashing into Kid.
(Crona's mind)
"Professor Rex I don't feel like I belong here being the son of a witch" Crona said with a sad look on his face.
"Being the son of a witch doesn't matter to me your just a scared little boy" you say as Crona turns to face you.
"But I feel that I will be nothing more than a problem for all my friends" Crona says as you smile.
"Crona look round you they are all here your friends and each one is a piece of you and that will never change you know the way I see it you don't need me" you say as Crona has a tear fall down his face.
"But I do need you no one else understands me" Crona said as you give him a hug with a smile on your face.
"Crona it's ok to be scared that's normal after all fear is the greatest teacher it shows you where to improve I will alway be here in your heart so wake up Crona and finally face your fears" you say as Crona walks towards a light.
(Kid's mind)
"Am I dreaming" Kid asked as he sees Liz and Patty standing next to him.
"Man Kid being the son of a grim reaper I thought you would be stronger or could it be that holding back" you say as you walk towards the trio.
"Professor Rex what is this" Liz asks as you smile.
"It's just a dream made of memories but I'm afraid we don't have much time here so I will tell you never stop moving forward Kid, Liz and Patty when you wake up you need to go all out look for your true power within your soul" you say as a bright light appears around them.
(Outside Kid & Crona's minds)
Both Marie and Medusa watch as both Kid and Crona get back to their feet and look straight at Medusa.
"Kid you saw him too right" Crona asked.
"Yeah" Kid replies as they stand in front of Medusa.
Soon the 2 of them feel their souls linking together as the looked at Medusa they started to glow a pink aura appears around Crona as white aura appears around Kid and soon their weapons change shape Liz and Patty grow longer and their bullets change to lasers, Crona's demon sword changes as well it becomes thinner as a second sword appears.
"This is it Medusa time to end this" Kid said as he raised a gun and shot at Medusa with blinding speed that she couldn't dodge as it goes right through her left shoulder.
"Mom I will not let you take all that my friends fight to protect" Crona says as he slashs at Medusa but not killing her as he used the back of the blade.
The battle came to an end with Kid, Liz, Patty, Marie and Crona winning against Medusa as they chain her up and begin walking towards Lord Deaths location as the war was reaching it's final moment and they knew was not going to be easy.
