Madison Williams and Peter Parker sat next to each other on the bus as they headed to their first destination on their field trip. Madison had been at Midtown for about two months and had befriended the dorky Parker and his best friend Ned. One thing that brought them closer as friends: their part time jobs as heroes of all things due to their abilities. Spider-Man and Velocity had become quite the team since their first adventure together.
Peter's head suddenly shot up as Madison tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear. Madison turned her head to face Peter as his jaw dropped.
"Pete?" Madison called confused before following his gaze. "Holy guacamole..." she quietly says as her eyes met the flying doughnut above New York.
Peter's hand instantly went over the seat in front of him and tapped his best friend at one point hitting his cheek by accident before Ned removed his headphones and turned his head around.
"Hey, Ned, I need you to cause a distraction." Peter demanded as Madison opened her backpack.
"Holy shit..." Ned says to himself as he noticed the ship. "We're all gonna die!" Ned exclaims standing up. Everyone else turned towards their windows and moved towards the back of the bus as they all too noticed the ship. This gave Peter time to slip on his web shooters as Madison slipped on her mask and purple leather jacket over her t-shirt.
Peter shot his web and opened the emergency window and Madison instantly went towards it jumping out with Peter following. The two hung onto the side before jumping over the edge of the bridge. Pete used the bridge as guidance to swing him along the river while Madison created some sort of surf-like board with her energy to glide on. The two skidded across the river as they headed towards New York and the spaceship filled with confidence and nerves all at the same time. Fighting aliens was a first for the two and as much as they were excited to meet aliens the battles they've brought in the past were a lot more serious.

"Friday! Evac anyone south of 43rd street!" Tony orders as he gripped onto a car door. "Notify first responders!" He ordered also as everyone kept their eyes on the spaceship.
"Will do." Friday assures as Strange thrusted his arms out. The dust followed the direction of his hands and flew away from the streets making the ship clearer for everyone to see with his 'magic'. That didn't make it anymore peaceful.
As the dust cleared Strange winked towards Tony who rolled his eyes at his childishness before they all walked closer towards the ship. As they did a blue tractor beam shot down onto the concrete revealing two aliens.
One was Ebony Maw. The other: Cull Obsidian.
James looking towards Bruce noticed his uncertainty and instantly figured they had something to do with Thanos.
"Hear me and rejoice." Ebony began, his tone for Bruce fully recognisable as Tony crossed his arms over his chest. "You are about to die at the hands of the children of Thanos. Be thankful that your meaningless lives and contributing to the balance-"
