"What did you do?" I finally ask. The curiosity is killing me.

"When?" Luke asks turning his head to look at me.

"When you left me here, where did you go?"

"Well when we were separated, I ran straight into that brick building over there and hid behind some big ass pole. I started playing games on my phone for a while and then I fell asleep."

"Mmm" is all I reply. "That one looks like I shoe" I randomly say pointing up at another cloud floating by.

"What did you do? When I left, I mean."

"While I stood here for a while pretending to be a fan hoping to catch a glimpse of the 'amazing Luke Hemmings' and then once most of the girls were gone I just kinda sat down."

"Did you think I was coming back?"

"Well I knew you would eventually, but I just didn't know when. I hoped you would come soon though."

"You know something..."

"What?" I ask rolling to face him on my side.

"Sometimes I just wish things went back to normal. Like when I wasn't famous and all. Then it would be so much easier to live my life!"

"Don't say that! You love performing!"

"Yeah but I'm starting to wonder if I love being normal more. Now that I'm known by at least one person everywhere I go, I can't be who I really want to be."

"But it's not like you're a phony..."

"But I feel like one. Girls fling themselves at me but why? I'm not special! I mean, I am special because I'm famous I guess. But you could find a guy, probably better than me actually, who could love you just as much as me!"

"Luke..."

"It all feels so fake, like that mob of girls here earlier weren't actually here. I feel like I'm trapped in this world that I begin to regret more and more every day. Yes I love the music part, but I hate everything else that comes with it."

"Life is about sacrifice. I left my family and friends, well really only one friend, to come and do something I've never done before! You left your normal life back in Australia for this new one! This better one! We can make it together."

"If I wasn't so paranoid about someone seeing us, I would totally kiss you right now" he says turning his head to look at me.

"And if I wasn't so paranoid about someone stepping on us I would totally kiss you back!" We both look back up at the sky. Luke rocks his body back and forth until his shoulder is pressed against my'n. "That one looks like a heart!"

"It looks more like a guitar pick to me" he says through his growing smile. "Hey look, it's getting close to the concert time so we should probably start heading back!"

"Yeah you're right! I don't want to leave though! I really like it here..."

"I like anywhere that you are with me!"

"CHEESY" I yell pushing myself up to my feet. "But cute!"

"Thank you thank you" Luke says attempting an Elvis impression. We skip all the way back to the subway station with our arms linked. We catch a few people starring and Luke freaks out. I assure him it's probably because some guy with an Australian accent and a girl with an American accent are frolicking through a Spanish city.

This time I triple check making sure we get on the right train. The ride back is much quicker and me and Luke barely talk. Instead, we spend the time laughing and pointing to the strange people on the train.
