Chapter 31

Hiccup's POV

"So what's your genius plan to get onto their island?" I asked.

"So we take the dragons above the clouds where they can't see us." Astrid began.

"And then we have a small army on the lower deck of Johann's ship, since he's familiar to them they won't blow up his ship." Fishlegs said.

"And once Johann lands at their shores, the dragons will land and we attack with what we have." Ruffnut said.

"And find where they're keeping Mercy!" Allysa finished.

"Did it really take all four of you to tell me that?" I said.

"Yes." Allysa responded and crossed her arms. 

"Alright. Well back to the plan, it's perfect!" I said loudly.

"You can actually thank Fishlegs. He came up with the idea to have Johann help us." Astrid said. We all froze when we heard a single blow from the horn.

"Speaking of Johann." I said and walked outside to the docks, followed by the gang and the dragons. Once we got to the docks we saw Johann placing a plank of wood on the docks, connecting it to the ship.

"Ah Berk! My favorite of all the islands I travel to." He greeted joyfuly.

"Where have you been this time Johann?" Fishlegs asked.

"So many places I would need all the time in the world to tell you Fishlegs, but we have limited time." He said.

"Speaking o business, I have a favor to ask of you." I asked him.

"Anything Master Hiccup, what's on your mind?"

"Well my daughter has been kidnapped and is being held on a very hostile island." I began.

"Oh that's terrible. Which island?"

"The home island of the destroyer tribe."

"Oh they're brutal ones. I try and spend as little time as possible there. Ah but they do conduct freat business. I usually get all that ink from them." He said.

"Anyway, you could fit a small army below the deck without having your ship being shot at right?"

"Correct."

"I need you to hold some Berkian soldiers down there and bring us to that island. I will be flying with the others above the clouds." I explained.

"Well of course Master Hiccup. Anything to help you get that innocent little girl back." He said with a cheerful tone.

"Perfect thank you Johann. I'll gather the soliers now." I said and flew off to the Great Hall where I had soldiers prepared. Once I landed I walked in and they all looked at me. "Grab your weapons and shields, Johann is taking you to the destroyers." I said and they all cheered.

Cody's POV

"Do you guys think there's a way out of here?" I asked.

"Of course there is. There always is." Mercy said and handed me the torch. "I think this wall is hollow." She said as she tapped the wall.

"So what? It's a hollow wall what's it gonna do for us?" Lenny asked.

"You know what mr. grumpy pants? I've had it with you. So you can either be nice and work with us on trying to find a way out of here or you can turn your sorry butt around and get out of here by yourself!" Mercy snapped.

"Fine I'll be better off without you shrimps anyway!" He shouted and stormed off the opposite way. Mercy's face change from anger into a look saying 'what did I just do?'.
