"            You know what tomorrow is?" Ash asked as we walked along the beach.

"Uhhhh....Thursday?" I said looking up at him. I really did know what tomorrow was. I just wanted to mess with him.

He stopped and stood in his tracks; looking down at me with hurt eyes. "Really?" He asked, starting to get mad. I put my hand on his cheek.

"Calm down babe. Of course I know what tomorrow is." I said smiling up at him. "I would never forget your birthday." He let go of my hand and put his hands on my hips, pulling me closer to him. I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Good. You scared me for a second." I chuckled and rolled my eyes. He leaned down and kissed me softly for a minute.

We pulled away; out of breath. "I love you." He said, leaning his forehead against mine.

"I love you too." I said back. He pecked my lips once more and then pulled away. I unwrapped my arms and took his hand in mine.

"Come on." I said, pulling him forward. "Let's go home."

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASHASH!!!" I screamed, jumping on him. "Wake up birthday boy!" Ash was no birthday boy, he was a man. Wow, 19. I feel so young now.

I leaned down and kissed him then got off the bed. "Get ready then come out to the kitchen. I have a surprise for you." I said, walking out the door. I had made breakfast for Ash. It looked almost like a buffet.

"What are these?" He asked, holding up a chocolate chip pancake. I blushed a little then laughed.

"Well, I was trying to make a penguin, but as you can see I failed." He burst out laughing.

"Shut up!" I yelled at him looking down. "I'm not a good artist."

"Awe baby, I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. They look tasty so don't worry my darling penguin. Okay?" He winked. I smiled then helped myself to some food.

"Thanks babe. That was delicious!" Ashton said, leaning down to kiss my head as I was washing a dish.

"No problem. Glad you liked it, and my failed penguin pancakes." I laughed. He let out a chuckle.

"They were amazing, just like you." He said. I smiled up at him and he leaned down and kissed my forehead.

"Go get ready. We are going out." I said, pushing him away. He smiled and nodded, then headed to his room to get ready for the day. I had it all planned out. We were going down to the beach to have a surprise party for him. The rest of the family was already down there, getting set up.
