A knock sounded at the door of Room 221. A knock that would change John and Sherlock's world forever, for better or for worse.
One knock. That's all it took.
John answered it, "Oh, hey Irene."
"So, thought you could hide it forever, huh?" She said flatly.
"H-Huh? Hide what?" John stuttered.
"You and Sherlock. John, you're gay. Everyone knows now. So, is it true?"
"Uh, n-- I...I don't--"
"Yes, it's true," Sherlock hugged John from behind and kissed the top of his head, "We're...Together."
Irene nodded slowly, "Well, Mary's heartbroken and half the school won't shut up about the 'new fruits in town,' but congrats."
With that, she left quickly down the hall.
"So, who spilled?" John growled.
"We'll try Raz," Sherlock decided, "If not, we tell Jim's little secret. Easy enough."

"So, Raz," Sherlock walked up behind him and grinned when he froze up.
"Look, I know what this is about," Raz held up his hands innocently, "But I didn't tell. I swear."
"He's telling the truth," Sherlock concluded, "Go find Jim."
"He's in the music room," Raz added.
"Thanks!"

"Alright, Jim, gig's up! You told!" John burst into the music room, shutting off "Stayin' Alive" which was playing through a stereo.
"Whoa, whoa, calm down. Yes, I did tell. Couldn't resist," Jim shrugged.
"Well, you can trust us to uphold our end of the deal. You and Seb's secret? Not a secret. John, send a picture of them to all your contacts."
John set it all up, casting a challenging look at Jim, finger hovering above "SEND".
"You wouldn't dare..." Jim hissed.
John smiled evilly, "You knew the stakes. Congrats on coming out, James."
John pressed "SEND", making Jim's face turn white before it twisted with rage.
"You...I'll burn you for this, I will!"
"Mm-hmm. You have only yourself to blame."
They left the Music Room, hand in hand. Nothing to hide any more. Finally, they are free.
"Hey, Sherlock?" John murmured.
"Mm?"
"Wake up..."

Wake up?? WAZZAT. Such cliffhang ;)
