Grow Up

grow up, my friends tell me, things will never be the same, we all know that

and everyone has moved on, but for some reason you love to live in the past.

(looks confused)

is that a bad thing? that you want to live in the darkness, I want to live in the sunlight.

I'm sorry that I need to understand things that are happening, searching for a answers I most likely will never find, searching like its lost money, searching like I have lost everything.

I don't need to grow up, I know what this earth is, and what type of people live here. Don't tell me to grow up, because I understand that this life is not sunshine and rainbows.

But I try not to think about the hurricane coming back to my life, the rain storm with lightening crashing form the sky to the ground.

Growing up is not forgetting all the bad and terrible things that happened to you, growing up is understand people will run over you with there car......and then they would want YOU to say sorry.

The thing no one really understands, is that this life is more than just the storm its the ups and downs, and the right and wrong, and how can I forget........

Failure...................

try and try until you can't breath what everyone wants, but the real question is what do you want.

you don't have to try and try until your on your last breath, you don't have to grow up if your not ready to understand, that the world is changing, and a big part of me thinks is not, for the better..................................................................

- wake up call
