Not Gonna Loose You Again

Due to tiredness and the comfort of the car. The lady on the passeanger's seat slept. Leaving the driver acompanied by the music on a three hours drive.

3am this driver, Ryan woke up to set his car for travel, he placed tent at the back incase he will need it later also got sleeping bag, mosquito repelant baterry oriented fan charger. Everything he might need in case of emergency. And the confidence to face the mom.

He also has his personal hygene kit towels clothes for three days knowing they will only stay there for a night. Pillow and blanket also bring mosquito net.
In case of emergency.

He also get his car check up conditioning it for a long drive. He bring extra wheel and everything he needs in case of repair.

Now back to reality. He has been driving two hours. The lady beside him is in deep slumber her seat is reclined. Let her be.

He remembers well the road, he has been here before. Wow, he drove fast they reached the front of the house earlier. He put the reclined chair on it's original possition. And woke the lady up.
He wanted to kiss her so bad but in respact to mom he did not.
"We are here"

"Huh?" She said and looked around. She tied her hair up for a bun.
"Then let us go."

They get out of the car. Mandy bring out the pasalubong they buy before she got sleep.

"Mom!" She shouted and put everything on the table.
"Hey!" Mom said and embraced her. "Been a while...." her smile gt wider and dropped her daughter's hug when she saw the man with her.

"Is this Ryan?" She exclaimed. Then gave him a hug. The boss gave his greatest smile.
"You grown up to be a great handsome man." She said. Ryan's smile turned to shy smile.

Mandy looked for her aunty and everyone is in the living room. Her younger brother also joined them and greeted Ryan. They know him. Only their aunty's children does not know him.
The brothers introduced him to their cousins. Then the ladies prepared for the lunch.
They had wonderful lunch under the mango shades. The air are fresh unlike the city Ryan grown into.

He enjoyed and drowsed off on his chair.

They saw his estate. The boys put up a strong big duyan (big swing) where he can lie down. Mandy wake him up and let him lay on it he slept after a few swings. The cousins put a cloth canopy over him so that light or leaves or insects or worms wont fall on his face.

While Mandy assort the pasalubong for everyone from Thailand and from the mall. They had wonderfull time while the visitor sleeps in peace.

It was near dark Ryan opened his eyes and heard the insects sounds. It is pleasing to hsat province sound rather than vehicles and city noises. he saw the canopy over him and he smiled widely. He also see Mandy in her tab again. He got up and walk to her.
"Work?"
Mandy looked at him. "Yeah my boss is here so i have to adjust the schedules. " she said.

"O son you are awake."
Mandy's jaw dropped at the regard of her mom to him.
"What? I used to call him son?"

"But mom he is my boss?"

"Your boss not mine, he is still Ryan." Mom said and guided Ryan to a room.
He was instructed that he will sleep there tonigt with the boys. It has 2 double deck and there is only three of them.

Darkness begun to rule the skies when dinner is called.
They laugh and tell tales during dinner.
The boys are incharge of washing the dishes so Ryan helped.

They set up a bon fire because the moon is bright tonight.
While everyone does something Ryan was asked to sit on a particular place then mom amd aunty came to him.

"What is the real intention of coming here?" The aunty asked.
"Mandy said you insisted to come. If it is a friendly visit where is Randy?"

"Mom ilove her i always do." He sigh. "But i made a mistake" he sigh again.

"Then, it is up to the two of you. Just be patient she is still the old Mandy. Not hard to please." She winked. The boys came to them and handed them buko juice.

The bonfire party begin. The girls dance. Mandy sits accross Ryan. As the girls dance they pull the Mandy and their mothers to dance with them.

Ryan watched the family fun while smiling. For this is a green light from her mom o her brothers also approved when they where washing the dishes. The only one he needs to deal with is Mandy the dream herself.
He is close almost there.

There was singing and games. And more fun.only ended when the fire died. And also time to sleep.

Mandy had peace sleeping the night. The boss did not bother her anymore.

The following day there is chaos in the house it is sunday and they go to church.
They are all prepared. Even Mandy and Ryan are ready and after church they will drive back to the city.

Hours came after now only the two of them inside the car.

"What did mom asked you?" Mandy asked breaking the the hour of silence.

"Nothing much they only asked my where abouts when you moved there in the province. Also asked about your performance." He looked at her, she is still looking outside the window.

"Mandy thank you for letting me drive you here."

Mandy is silent. Her plan of bringing him to her family is to let the family know him before she gives him hopes on pursuing/courting her. But upon reading the tabloids this morning.
She is conyemplating on her next step.

She texted Randy about it.

Mandy kissed Ryan on his cheeks and said goodbye. Then she send her boss home.
"See you tomorrow in the office love."
She just smiled.

30 minutes after Ryan was gone Randy and Fabio came with clothes in their bags.

Upon seeing her bestfriends she cried and cried. She send a day of leave to the HR.
Again she cried and cried. Untill she get to sleep.

She woke up in the middle of the night. Wrote her resignation letter and send it to the old boss. Also to the CEO.

She recieved an email

You said you will never lst them snatch you. Please Mandy let us talk about this meet up tomorrow,

She closed her account her friends are ready. They send her to a bus station. All of her belongings are in his best friends car. The tab and key to the office are on Randy's hands.

Mandy is on a bus. Calling an old friend. Now she has a place to go.
