I woke up the next day and cleaned up the mess, I also saw I was going to need a few things so I got ready and headed out

I walked around the old diner that every killjoy uses as a hang out to see if anyone left anything behind that I could use but they didn't, Just as I was about to jump on my bike I heard a few familiar voices

"We'll find her... Don't worry" Kobra spoke

I quickly hid behind the building making sure I had my bike along with me

"What if..  What if she's dead" Party sounded heartbroken "You heard Korse what if what he said was true?"

"Then we'll make him pay" Ghoul said "We'll make him pay and them some make him feel just like he made Jade feel hell even worse"

Did Korse tell them the same he told me?

"Yeah" Star started to speak "Hey it looks like someone was here not long ago"

Shit, I quickly started to run, I didn't want to start up the bike and get caught, even though I missed my family it was still dangerous to be around them right now

Once I was far enough I hopped on my bike and took off

After finding the few things I needed I went back to my place and put things away, I was relieved that they were alright but it hurt hearing their voices but at the same time I was happy to hear them

I sat down popping open and Power pup and a soda as I was sitting there eating there was a knock, the door opened and there stood Peachy Pink... As you could tell by her name she wore nothing but different shades of pink

"Hey" she smiled walking over

"Hey" I waved "What are you doing here?"

She sat down next to me "Wanted to know if you wanted to go to Battery City?"

I spat out my drink "What!?" I paused "You know that's Suicide!"

She nodded "Yeah but we need a few things, Medicine, antibiotics stuff like that.. The only place we can get it is there, so what do you say?"

I thought about it for a few seconds "Okay" I looked at her and pointed my finger "But if it gets too dangerous we're pulling out"

She nodded "Understood" she stood up and started heading towards the door "Party's really upset you know"

Peachy was the only ome who knew about me and the guy's, she was the only one I trusted

I looked down "I know"

She rolled her eyes "He thinks your dead for fuck sake"

"I know" I stood up "but I can't go back.. Not just yet"

She put her arms out "Then when?" She ran her hand through her hair "It's been what over a year?"

I nodded "Yeah"

"I'm saying this now and I don't care if it hurts your feelings" she paused "No matter what Korse will always follow you Better Living will always follow you, Things will happen no matter what, So just go back to being a family, Live your final days with them and be happy cause you never know what's going to happen from one second to the next" she walked out the door

Maybe She's right, After Battery City I'm gonna go back
