"Is this really how long it takes a girl to get ready, Rae? He said dress casual, right? So dress casual." Jisung was getting impatient with me, but I couldn't really blame him. I hadn't decided on what to wear and it's been like 2 hours, I think.

"He actually said casual, but cute. And I have casual, but its not cute. And I have cute, but its not casual. Why is this so hard?! Maybe I should just cancel," I fell onto my bed with a very unattractive groan.

"Um, excuse me? You are not cancelling on one of my best friends. Especially when it's obvious that you two like each other. No ma'am. Here's what's about to happen. I am going to pick an outfit and you are going to wear it. Otherwise I will leave and go tell all of your embarrassing stories to not only Hyunjin, but all of the boys." Jisung got up and started going through my clothes.

"You wouldn't dare," I sat up and glared at him.

"Watch me. Here, put this on." He handed me a black denim skirt and vintage red t-shirt. "And here, so you won't spend another hour on shoes," he tossed me my black converse. "Now, get dressed, do your hair, makeup, whatever. I need a nap after all that." Jisung walked out and left me to do the rest.

"Well, I don't have makeup, so hair it is!" I headed into my bathroom and turned my curling iron on to start heating up, I turned my music on and EXO's Call Me Baby came on. I started dancing as I sectioned off my hair to curl it. Once I was ready, I grabbed my curling iron and got to work. After I was finished, I pulled the top half of my hair into a ponytail.

I grabbed my phone to change the song, and saw that I have been getting ready for a total of 5 hours! I now feel bad that I made Jisung stay the whole time.

"Shit!" I quickly applied some tinted chapstick and walked out of my room to go meet Hyunjin.

As I reached the bottom of the stairs, I saw Chan and Hyunjin talking. I walked over and they still didn't notice me.

"Ahem!" Well that sure got their attention.

Both boys turned around and gave me a smile. "Aw my baby sis is going on her first date!"

"Oh, it's not-"

I cut Hyunjin off, "Yep! Can't wait! Lets go, Hyunjin, I'm really hungry." I grabbed his arm and pulled him to the door. "See you later, Chan!"

I heard him yell something, but didn't bother to listen as I shut the front door behind Hyunjin and me. I immediately received a text from Chan telling us to be home by 11.

"Wait. What just happened?" Hyunjin looked down at me as he tried to process what just happened.

I giggled at his confused face. "I changed my mind. I realized that the purpose of a date is in fact to get to know the other person better, so I changed my mind about this being a date, if that's okay?" I looked up at him and gave an innocent smile.

"Oh I'm so fine with that!" He gave me a side hug, then grabbed my hand with his larger one, intertwining our fingers.

"So besides dinner, what all do you have planned for tonight?" I asked as we walked on the sidewalk to the bus stop.

"It's a surprise, princess." he looked down to me and smiled as I pouted at the name.

The rest of the walk was spent in a comfortable silence. After a few more minutes, we arrived at the bus stop and waited for the bus to come and take us into the city. Once it arrived, we got on and Hyunjin paid. I walked to two empty seats and took the window seat. Hyunjin obviously sat next to me.

"So what are you in the mood to eat, princess?" He took my hand in his and played with my small fingers.

"Hmmmm. Oh I know! I haven't had some good kimchi in a while!" I looked up at him with a big smile.

"Well you're in luck. I know a place that sells the best!"

"Really? That's great!"

"But maybe we could get it to go and take it somewhere and eat? I really want to spend time with you. Just you," he squeezed my hand and leaned into me a bit.

I blushed at his words and turned to face the window so he wouldn't see. "Um yeah, that sounds nice, Jinnie."

"Jinnie?"

"Yeah," I turned to him with a smile on my face. "That's your nickname. If I'm princess, you're Jinnie."

He chuckled at me, and that's when I really took some time to admire his face. The way his hair fell just above his eyes, it looked so soft. And how his eyes disappeared when he smiled. He was extremely attractive, anyone could tell you that. And the way his lips moved when he talked, like right now. Oh, they look so kiss-

"Princess?"

"Huh?" Oops. I guess I was staring at him for too long and zoned out. It was worth it.

"I said we're at our stop, come on," he gently pulled me up from the seat and I followed him off the bus. Once we were outside, he grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers again as we started walking. "You ready for the best first date ever?"

I looked up to him and smiled. "Bring it."

He smirked at me before releasing my hand and running away while giggling like a kid, "You gotta catch me first, princess!"

"Hyunjin!" It was no use, if I wanted to eat, I had to follow him. I was unable to wipe the stupid smile from my face.

However, I couldn't help the feeling that someone was watching us. I'll just tell Hyunjin later, I don't want to ruin this date!

I shook off the unsettling feeling and ran into the night after him.
