As they approached the hospital, Ray's crying died down a little. Askova was in the back with her, trying to make her feel better.

They approached the hospital. They got out. Ray ran to the door to get in the elevator. Sam held her back.

" Ray, it's too dangerous for you to do anything alone," Sam replied.

" Why do you care if I live or die? We're enemies remember!" Ray got out of his hold and got in the elevator. She was gone. Sam sighed. They all went into the elevator.

When they got to the 7th floor, the lounge, Willow ran up to them.

" Askova, you might need to hear this."

Askova rushed to the room that the army guy was in. He was unconscious.

" Why... is he unconscious?" Askova asked. Michaela slowly hid the pipe she used to knock him out. Askova sighed, " so, what did he say?" Everyone in the room looked down.

" What did he say?" Askova asked again sternly. Michaela looked up, holding her hands out, pipe in her left hand.

" He wouldn't talk very much, but what he said really surprised us." The pipe slipped, and dropped on the ground, making a loud sound. The army guy moved, but he was still unconscious.
" So... what did he say that really surprised you and that is apparently stopping you from telling me?" Askova asked one more time. She was getting impatient. They stared at each other, and Michaela finally broke.

" He," she sighed, " said that this was... and experiment." Askova just stood there, dumbfounded.

" And, this is the piece of paper that he showed us," Willow said. She handed Askova the piece of paper. It said:

  analyZed
          gOvernment
       huMan
         and
necroBiosis
            Infection
            Experiment

" Analyzed Government Human and Necrobiosis Infection Experiment," Askova read from the paper,

" ZOMBIE."

" Yeah, um, he said that this is an experiment of bringing the people back from the dead, to see if you could actually live longer. Solanum Virus 1 is a very candidate for the experiment," Michaela explained. Askova knew that she wasn't going to be living any longer.

" It's a two-year experiment he says," Willow said.

" ZOMBIE sure is a very strange name for an experiment. It's kinda catchy actually," Askova said quietly. She thought, " two years huh? We aren't even a month through yet."

" That's all he would tell us," Willow said. Askova was shocked. An experiment, two years, ZOMBIE. All of a sudden, Derek walked into the door.

" How was the search?" He asked in a happy tone. Askova didn't turn around, she just looked down. Derek noticed her shoulder.

" Why is there cloth wrapped around her shoulder? Why is it bleeding?"

" Oh, I didn't even notice that," Michaela replied.

" Askova," Willow said, " please don't tell me-," Askova nodded.

" She bit?" Derek asked. Willow nodded. Askova started to cry. Derek got closer to her and touched her shoulder. Askova nudged away from him. She bent down on her knees and started to cry. Derek started to cry too.

" NOOO!!" Derek yelled. He fell on the floor.

" Let me check her," a voice said, with Danny and Robert behind him. They all turned. It was Dr. Atkinson.
