Everyone Boarded the boat and boy was it a crazy week for them, Layla looked at the shore seeing Zozo waving and then Disappear she knew it wasn't over walking up to You and Devil "This week has just been crazy huh Dad?" Devil nodded agreeing "Yes, but once we all get home we're all gonna need a nap for what happened" Layla decided not to tell you about Forkington and Zozo and went back to her seat. Mike stood near the ledge with a green face again talking to Chips "Ugh..when we get back I'm going Straight to bed" Chips smiled rolling his eyes in a jokingly manner "You go ahead and do that, but for now let's just watch the fish and smell the air" Mike held in his Vomit and ran to a near by Trashcan "Ugh chips why?" He only laughed "Sorry Buddy" Layla decided to tell chips About Forkington and Zozo "Dad? Dad?" He looked at her "Yes Layla? what'd you need?" she motioned him to follow her to the side of the boat "Dad Remember when I went missing for a Day and met Boris and Alice?" he nodded not really knowing on why she brought it up "Yeah, Why?" she looked at him hesitantly and sighed "Forkington took me away from you guys 6 years ago and now Zozo is in on it because of something that happened to him! please don't tell Mom" Chips was lost in words trying to decide on what to say "uh Layla I..I'm lost in words and I don't know if you want to keep this from your mother, we lost you once we don't want to lose you again, understand that you have to tell her at some point" Layla nodded and walked back to her seat Chips sat next to her.
Back in Inkwell
The boat arrived on the docks where everyone greeted you and your family back, Layla walked off feeling someone grab her back shirt "Hey Twerp." she knew that voice and started shaking "What do you want Aylo Warblstick?" He pushed her down "What do I want? All I want is for you to leave and not come near the school you hear?" without anyone looking punched Layla giving her a black eye "Let that be a reminder, Devil/Decker" Lucas heard the sobs of his little sister and ran to her side "Layla you okay what happened?" she cried hugging Lucas "Aylo Warblstick..." at this point he's had enough of Aylo and went to give him a piece of his Mind now really furious with his eyes glowing a bright Teal color "No one hurts my sister like that!" You and the other residents of Inkwell heard a commotion and saw Aylo and Lucas Fighting you wondered who's kid he was "Who's Aylo Warblstick's Parents?" Grim Matchstick and Wally Warbles knew their son was their responsibility sighing "We're his parents and we are so sorry Aylo picked on your Daughter" you broke up the Fight "Both of you Knock it off!" Aylo kick you in the stomach you groaned holding your stomach catching your breath "Wally, Grimm his behaviour is getting out of hand," they sighed grabbing their son "Aylo come on when we get home you are grounded." You sighed and checked on your Daughter who was still crying from the black eye.
A Few Minutes Later
Layla sat at the Bar with you drinking applejuice sighing she decided to break the silence "So um..did Dad tell you something?" you looked at her and shrug "No, but I know he's keeping a secret for someone's sake, I respect that." Layla sighed in relief saying to herself a bit loudly "Man she didn't find out that forkington took me away from them and Zozo is also in on it aswell" you heard that and gasp "Forkington? took you from us and you didn't tell us?" she knew she had a lot of explaining to do "Mom I'm sorry I didn't want to hurt your feelings, please understand Mom" you even heard that Zozo was in on it and sigh "Layla you won't be going to school for a while as of now you're gonna be homeschooled, the imps will wake you up and teach you very important things, understand?" Layla nodded and went to her room you heard your phone go off letting you know it's a text from your best friend Cuphead and Mugman and Hilda berg asking if you and Layla were alright you knew how to answer to that replying setting your phone down taking another drink sighing.
6 Am in the morning
A couple of imps walked into Layla's room wondering how to wake Layla up one of them cleared their throat "Uh Miss Layla time to get up and get ready to be homeschooled" Layla Groaned "5 more Minutes Please?" they pulled her sheets off waking Layla up "Miss Layla come on you must wake up for breakfast your Mother's Orders" Layla Groaned "Fine, get out so I can get dressed for the day" they walked out shutting her door she got up to look at someof her clothes picking a dress and flats she received from Alice and Boris smiling "this'll work" she ran down the stairs into the kitchen sitting on a stool eating her breakfast and headed to the library for some books.
