Boris and Alice walked to where you and your family was bringing Bacon soup Layla smelled the soup and instantly smiled "Boris! Alice!!" she ran up to hug them you smiled at the sight "Hello, would you like to join us?" they nodded and sat next to you and Layla and your family, Boris offered Layla some bacon soup she instantly nodded smiling "Yes please" he handed her a bowl and she ate the soup. You smiled and wondered where she went a day ago shrugging it off not wanting to jinx it Devil walked up with Dice talking and laughing, Alice looked at Layla and smiled "So do you like your shoes?" she looked at Alice and nodded "Yes miss Alice Angel they are pretty" Chips sat next to you smiling "so Y/n after this picnic do you want to do anything just You and Me?" you smiled and nodded "Yeah, Lucas will watch over his sister and so will my Dads and Brothers and sister" Lucas knew what you meant and rolled his eyes "Mom, Dad we're still kids ya know" he walked up to a tree leaning on it while Eliza was telling jokes about horror movies,
2 hours later
Layla and Lucas sat on a couch watching a horror movie called 'pet semetary' she hid during some parts even cried making Lucas turn the movie off she snuggled up to Lucas obviously afraid of what she saw, He knew how to calm her down "You want to make a made up drink?" she nodded real fast not leaving his side still shaking they walked to the kitchen and grabbed some random drinks and not the alcoholic beverages getting a Cup from a shelf while mixing some sugary drinks "And only some 7 up and a Shit ton of Dr.Pepper" they mixed the drink up and poured some in each cup "Alright whoever spits it out the drink one of us picks a movie annnnd Go!" They chugged the drink and tasted it "Huh, Not bad" Layla held her stomach "big brother, I think I drank too fast" Lucas looked around and picked her up "Let's get you to bed and don't mention this to Mom and Dad" they sat on the couch watching a movie she wanted to watch making her smile Lucas on the other hand knew it was another horror movie and looked at the clock "Jeez it's almost bedtime, Layla we better get to sleep" Layla kept a close hold onto Lucas looking scared "Can you have a sleepover with me?" he sighed and nodded "Sure, let's go" they walked up to Layla's room getting a spare bed from under Layla's "Good thing this was already installed I'll go get some blankets and a couple pillows, I'll be right back" he walked out of the room leaving Layla alone she looked around the whole room looking scared checking the closet and under her bed "No scary creatures" Lucas came back with a couple blankets and pillows "See told ya I'd be back, Now let's get some sleep" Layla climbed onto her bed and layed down "Night big brother" He smiled and layed down too "Night Layla"
2 in the morning
Lucas woke shivering "What in the name of Hell is going on?" Layla shivered too and got up walking to her door trying to open the door grunting "uh Lucas?" He looked and tried the door too "it's frozen Shut! we gotta bang on the door and yell as loud as we can" she nodded and started banging on the door yelling "Help! we're stuck in a room!" Lucas joined in "Mom! Dad! Anyone!!" the Window swung open Layla whimpered and hugged Lucas close he looked at the window and hid Layla looking around and picked her up "I'm gonna kick the door down" He kicked the door multiple times until it broke off it's hinges and ran into your room shutting the door "Layla you okay" She hid in Lucas's chest still shivering and nodded you woke up from the commotion "Lucas? Layla what are you two doing up and why are you two shivering?" Lucas didn't want to answer and kept ahold onto Layla, She looked at you and answered "Someone was in my room it was freezing in there" you got up to check it out seeing the door off it's hinges and walked inside seeing your breath and shivered "Why is it cold?" you know nothing was in there and decided to leave wondering if there was cold air going through the vents shrugging it off walking back to your room finding your children sleeping hugging each other you smiled and let them sleep going on your couch falling asleep.
