With Newtmas

Illusions part 2

NEWT POV: 

"Will he be okay" asked Brenda. "He is almost awake" said a voice. "What happens if Newt doesn't wake up" asked Thomas. "He can hear us. It's unlikely that he will go back to the illusions" said a voice. "Ya but there is still a chance" said Gally. "If Newt dies then so do you shuck faces" said Minho. "I'm sure Newt will be fine. I don't like trusting WCKD but it's the best we have" said Sonya. 

"Newt" asked Thomas. I opened my eyes. I'm home. "What happened" I asked. "You fainted" said Thomas. "But what about the talk you had with Brenda, Sonya, Gally, Minho, and some voice? How did the snow and school get called off out of no where? Am I not bloody real? AM I just a illusion Tommy" I asked the last few questions a little angrily. "No Newt you aren't a illusion. You are real" said Thomas. "Then how did the snow come from no where" I asked. Thomas signed. "Newt, I promise you that I would never lie to you but this world is fake" said Thomas. "What, no. It can't be" I said. 

"It is. Newt you were infected with the flare. Everyone here is people we met. You and I met in the maze and I never had the courage to ask you out on a date so we sadly never dated. We escaped the maze and then had to survive the scorch" said Thomas. "BLOODY SHUT IT" I snapped standing up. Thomas was shocked. I felt this uncontrollable anger inside me. "I'm sorry Tommy. I didn't mean to shout like that but that never happened. You are lying" I said. Thomas stood up. "Newt please, you have to believe me" said Thomas. "I can't Tommy" I said. "Newt this isn't real. It's the flare messing with your brain" said Thomas. "No" I said. "The maze is real. You told me how you tried to kill yourself but instead you broke your leg" said Thomas. "Stop it Tommy" I said a little angrily. "WCKD put us threw all those trials to find a cure for the flare. We were experimented on" said Thomas. "Shut up" I said angrily. "Your real name isn't Newt. Your sister Sonya was actually named Elizabeth and you didn't remember your name when we first met" said Thomas. 

"BLOODY SHUT UP THOMAS" I yelled punching him. Thomas fell back with a bloody nose. He was surprised. I took a few breaths and realized what I did. I froze and covered my mouth. "Tommy I'm so sorry. I didn't mean it" I said on the edge of tears. "I'm telling the truth Newt. You have to believe me"  said Thomas. Thomas took a shaky breath. "Please Newt, please" said Thomas. "Please Tommy, please" I said. Thomas closed his eyes and pulled the trigger. I bolted up and coughed. "Newt" said Sonya. Sonya and everyone else hugged me. "Glad you are alive shank" said Gally. "What happened" I asked. Everyone let go of me. WCKD explained how I had the flare and how the flare will put it's victims in a fake world that is everything they want. That explains why I was dating Thomas and everyone I knew was alive. Since I was back in the real world I was cured and we later broke away from WCKD because they wanted to experiment on us again. So we left and made it to the safe heaven. After everything was over Thomas and I started dating and he told me how WCKD put him in my illusions to bring me back to the real world.
