NEWT POV: ~AGE 8~

I was in my room playing with Gally and Sonya. My mom was talking to our new baby sitter. We use to have Miss Lovemuffin but she was old and died of old age. So we have a new babysitter. Our mom said that he is a good baby sitter and has baby sat all the other families in town. "KIDS COME OUT HERE OKAY" my mom yelled. We all got up and headed to the kitchen. The new baby sitter was taking his shoes off. "This is the new babysitter Thomas" said our mom. "Hi" said Sonya. Thomas finished taking his shoes off and looked up at us. Gally and I were a little surprised. It's Tommy. "Hi, you must be Sonya" said Thomas. "How did you know" asked Sonya. "Your mom told me" said Thomas. My mom finished explaining the rules and told us to behave. She left and Thomas looked at us. He was wearing new clothes and make up so he looks human. "So what do you three want to do" asked Thomas. "Can we have a tea party and bake cookies" asked Sonya.

"Okay, do you have a tea set" asked Thomas. "I'll go get it quick" said Sonya. She ran off. Gally crossed his arms. "Why is your boyfriend watching us" asked Gally. "Maybe I want to see Newt. Plus this is the only way I can in public" said Thomas. "I found the tea set" said Sonya. She came back with a tea box and we set up the table. We didn't have tea but we had water. "Okay, should we make cookies before or after the tea party" asked Thomas. "Before" said Sonya. "Chocolate chip cookies but no heart shapes" said Gally. I frowned at Gally. Thomas looked in the cabinet. "Do you guys know if there is any chocolate chips" asked Thomas. "No there isn't, we have to buy some" I said. "Okay, I'm sure your mom won't mind a quick trip to the store but you all have to behave okay" asked Thomas. We all agreed and Thomas walked us to the store. We got chocolate chips and some stuff to make cookies. Thomas actually had money. Which I guess babysitting you get paid to do. We left and walked home. We made it and started to mix the batter.

We backed the cookies and Thomas had us wait till they were cooled off. In the mean time we colored. When the cookies were cool we started the tea party. "No, you have to hold your pinky out" said Sonya. Thomas held his pinkie out as he drinked the water. We talked about random things as we ate and drinked. "Have a cookie" said Sonya handing one to Thomas. "I'm good thanks" said Thomas. "Take it. You have to eat something" said Sonya. Thomas seemed nervous. "He's fine Sonya. Tommy doesn't have to eat the cookie" I said. "Why not? It's just a cookie. He should be fine" said Gally. I remember how zombies can't have human food but I can't tell them that because Sonya doesn't know that Thomas is a zombie. Thomas took the cookie and ate it. He pretended to like it but I know that inside he wanted to throw up. After the tea party we watch cartoons while Thomas took care of the dishes we used. He went to the bathroom and I followed him. I know something is wrong. I closed the door. "Tommy, are you okay" I asked. Thomas looked at me.

"Ya, it's just a small food poisoning issue" said Thomas. "If you drink my blood will that help" I asked. Thomas seemed surprised. "No, I'm not biting you Newt. Your mom will find out" said Thomas. I opened the drow and grabbed a raiser. "Newt" asked Thomas. "My mom won't find out if I cut myself" I said. I grabbed a nail polish tube and smashed the raiser on the floor. I grabbed the blade and saw that Thomas was surprised. "I did self harm in my past life Tommy. I know how to get a blade out of a raiser" I said. Thomas seemed sad. "You shouldn't hurt yourself Newt" said Thomas. "I know, but that was before I met you" I said. I closed my eyes and made a big cut on my arm. I finished and opened my eyes. I was crying a little from the pain. "Just don't drink too much" I said. Thomas signed and got on his knees. He locked the door and started to suck my arm. I could tell that my blood was healing him. Thomas finished and looked into my eyes. He kissed my lips and wrapped up my arm. I threw the raiser and blade away.

We left the bathroom and agreed to keep it a secret. Later we had Spagetti for dinner. We ate and then went to bed. I woke up in pain. My mouth hurts. Thomas opened the door and walked up to me. "Tommy" I asked. "I felt that you are in pain. What's wrong" asked Thomas. He picked me up and carried me to the living room. I rubbed the side of my mouth. Thomas sat on the couch. "My mouth hurts" I said. "Let me see quick" said Thomas. I opened my mouth and Thomas looked inside. Thomas finished and I closed my mouth. "You have a cavity Newt. You just need to get it filled" said Thomas. "But I'm scared, Gally told me they give you shots" I said sadly. "Well in both the human and zombie town they use numbing gel so you won't feel a thing. But when you become a zombie the tooth should grow back and push the filling out" said Thomas. "Can I take the penis plushie with me to the dentist" I asked. "No, we agreed that i can't give it to you till you're older" said Thomas.

"Okay" I said a sadly. I miss Peeni the penis. Yes, I named it. "Do you want some Advil for now" asked Thomas. I nodded. Thomas carried me to the bathroom and I had some Advil with juice to wash it down. After I finished I had a quick pee break and then Thomas took me back to bed. Thomas laid me down in my bed and covered me up. "Good night Newt" said Thomas. "Good night Tommy" I said. Thomas kissed my forehead and I fell asleep. I later got the filling and had my tooth fixed. The town later discovered that Thomas was a zombie with out a z band. So the parents had their kids tested and discovered they were still human. The government wasn't sure why Thomas would babysit human kids but they won't press charges because there is nothing illegal about it.
