NEWT POV: AGE 14~

I left the bathroom and headed to the market. We were doing some aggraculture battle thing. We take a test in different things and then are tested and the schools are ranked. Either it's just my school or this area doesn't take it super serious. We study but not super hard. I'm sure I bloody failed. Even though I did flowerculter which is flowers. I felt really light headed and felt like siting down. I will order first and then go sit by the soda machine out of the way while I wait for my food. My vision started to slowly cave in as I walked. "Hey, are you okay" asked Thomas. "Catch me" I mumbled. I blacked out and fell into Thomas' arms. I woke up on one of the couches at the collage market area. There was a pillow to support my head. I opened my eyes and saw Thomas. A few class mates, my teacher, and a few strangers. "What happened" I asked trying to sit up. Thomas laid me back down. "Just rest Newt. You fainted so I gave you a shot to raise your blood sugar" said Thomas.

"I guess that finally happened then" I said. "Do you think you can drink anything" asked Thomas. "Maybe with a straw" I said. "I'll be right back" said Thomas. He left and went to find some juice. I was told a ambulance was coming and my family was notified. Thomas came back with a bottle of apple juice. I drinked it in very small sips. Everyone went back to lunch and I laid on the couch with Thomas making sure I'm okay. He also got me a bag of m&ms. Which I did eat one m&m at a time. I don't want to choke if I take too many or something. I was later taked to the hospital. Thomas did whisper he will see me tonight. I was taken to the hospital and was stabled. They want to keep me for a few days just to be sure I'm okay. So I'll do class with video chat. The school agreed to set that up so I don't miss any days and the doctors said it was okay. One of my class mates has a mom who is a nurse here so she can drop off the homework for me.

I did video chat with my mom, Sonya, and Gally. They heard what happened and my dad hasn't shut up about how it's Thomas' fault. He says that if Thomas never interfered with my perfect DNA none of this would of happened. Which is a bloody lie. The cat genes did nothing to prevent diabetes and I also noticed how Sonya and Gally currently still have them. They like fish, wrestling, hate dogs, water, but I tried the cucumber thing with them. It didn't work. They weren't scared. They have advanced hearing and other senses like cats. They told me in secret they want to get the cat genes removed so they are secretly looking into that. My dad later went home since I'm old enough to not need a parent with me. I slept till I felt someone kiss my forehead. I opened my eyes and saw Thomas. "Hey Newt, how you feeling" asked Thomas. "Better" I said sitting up. "How did you get in here? You aren't wearing any make up" I said. "The window" said Thomas. I looked and saw that the window was open. "Of course, the window" I said. Thomas sat on the bed next to me and held me in his arms. We talked and I slept in his arms.
