THOMAS POV:

I was at the mall shopping. It was raining today and I was getting some new clothes. I saw a cute guy. His blond hair, his brown eyes, his smile, he's perfect. Am I hard? Nope, false alarm. I decided to follow the boy. Not stalk him but just see where he goes and if he has a date or not. I followed the guy outside the mall. He entered a bakery. "Hey Fry" said the guy. "Hey Newt, the new delivery is in the back" said a worker. The guy must be named Newt. People entered with guns. "GET IN THE GROUND" they yelled. I put my hands up. Newt and the worker formed and started to fight the guys. I ducked down and hid. What did I just walk into? The evil guys were defeated. "Sorry about the mess" said Newt. "Eh, it's fine. This place is more of a hobby anyway" said the worker. "We have to warm the others. What should we do with the human" asked Newt. I slowly stood up. "What the heck just happen" I asked. "Just calm down, what is your name" asked Newt. I swallowed.

"Thomas"I said nervously. Newt walked up to me. He held my hand and signed. "Well Tommy. You will have to forget what you saw" said Newt. "WHAT, NO" I yelled. "I'm sorry Thomas" said Newt. His eyes turned red. I closed my eyes and held my head. "NO, I CAN'T FORGET YOU" I yelled. "TOMMY LOOK AT ME" Newt yelled. I opened my eyes and field my world become fuzzy. I put my hands down and stood up. Newt licked my cheek. He put his hand on my cheek. "Thomas, you will forget the gun attack. You will remember me asking you out instead and we went on a date. You got sick so I took you home to rest. Now go home and rest" said Newt. My eyes turned red and then back to brown. I walked home with Newt. My head still hurt from the headache and vomiting. "You will be okay Tommy" said Newt. I blushed. "I'm honestly glad we started dating but I wish I didn't destroy it with getting sick" I said weakly. Newt picked me up and carried me. "YOU didn't destroy anything Tommy. You didn't know you would be sick" said Newt.

I closed my eyes and signed. "Ya but we had to end the date early" I said. "I know, but there will be plenty of other dates we will go on. Like the movies or something" said Newt. I opened my eyes. "So, what made you ask me out anyway" I asked. Newt blushed. "I love you Thomas. I saw you following me and figured you like me back. Guess I was right" said Newt with a smirk. "Ya, well I do love you Newt" I said. Newt kissed my head and we made it to my house. We entered and Newt laid me on my bed. "Can you stay with me please? Just till I fall asleep" I asked. Newt covered me up. He started to tuck me in. "I would love to Tommy but I have some personal stuff to take care of. I promise to text you later" said Newt. "Is everything okay? You don't have to explain if you don't want to" I said. Newt finished tucking me in and put his hand on my forehead. "Everything is fine Thomas. I'll explain later. Just rest for today and don't worry. I'll be fine" said Newt. I smiled and closed my eyes. "You better text me later" I said. "I will"said Newt. He kissed my lips and I fell asleep.
