Missing Memories (Tzuyu X TWICE)

Chapter 9

3rd Person POV

Momo held Tzuyu's hand as she led the younger girl down the street. She was able to ask the girl out after her moment with Jihyo. Tzuyu replied eagerly to go on the date with Momo, much to the latter's surprise.

Momo had already planned out her date with Tzuyu the moment that Nayeon brought up the idea of courting Tzuyu. She knew exactly what the two could do.

All the while, Tzuyu was nervous. Not because she was going on a date with Momo, but because the older girl was holding her hand. She was madly blushing, but the older girl did not notice.

"Tzuyu, Tzuyu, Tzuyu-ah!" Momo yelled, snapping Tzuyu out of her thoughts.

"Sorry, what is it Momo-unnie?" Tzuyu apologized.

Momo giggled, "We're here; also you don't have to call me 'unnie'," the younger nodded.

The two proceeded into the restaurant. A waiter came by and brought them to a table before quickly bowing and walking off to allow the girls some time to read the menu.

Tzuyu looked around the restaurant. She admired the decoration and atmosphere of the restaurant. The restaurant was a bit on the small size, but it felt cozy.

"What can I get for you ladies?" the voice of the waiter snapped Tzuyu out of her thoughts.

"I-I uhhh," Tzuyu started to panic when she realized that she had been zoning out for the past few minutes.

"We will just get a big plate of kimbap," Momo interjected.

"Certainly, will that be all?" the waiter asked while writing down the order.

"Two glasses of water will be fine," Momo replied.

The waiter bowed and walked off to place their order in the kitchen. He returned a moment later with two glasses of water before walking away. The two girls sat in silence for a moment, while they quenched their thirst from the walk to the restaurant.

"So Tzuyu..." Momo began, gaining the attention of the younger girl, "Why did you seem so eager when I asked you to go on a date with me?"

Tzuyu placed her hands on the table and locked them together, "Jihyo-unnie told me how I was in a relationship with one of the members before the accident, and I want to know who it was. I have already eliminated Jeongyeon-unnie and Jihyo unnie, which leaves just six other members," she let out a sigh.

Momo placed her hands on Tzuyu's hands and started to caress them softly, "You will find out the truth someday," she reassured the younger girl with a smile.

"You will find out more of the truth by the end of today," Momo whispered.

"Did you say something?" Tzuyu asked.

Momo shook her head, "No, nothing at all."

The waiter came back a moment later with their order of kimbap. The two began eating immediately. Before Tzuyu even had the chance to pick up her chopsticks, a kimbap was already placed against her lips. She looked up to see Momo smiling at her and gesturing for her to open her mouth.

"Say 'ahhh'," Momo gestured again.

Tzuyu complied with Momo's request and allowed the older girl to feed her the piece of kimbap. Tzuyu's eyes went wide in surprise at how tasty the kimbap was before settling into a look of satisfaction.

"This is amazing!" Tzuyu exclaimed.

Momo smiled sweetly at the younger girl's reaction, "Of course it is. I would never bring you anywhere that isn't 'Momo' approved."
