Missing Memories (Tzuyu X TWICE)

Chapter 12

3rd Person POV

Tzuyu was lying down on the older girl's bed as she stared up at the ceiling. She was trying to preoccupy herself as the older girl was busy with her work. She tried playing with her phone, reading a book, and browsing social media; but she could not get rid of her boredom.

Tzuyu sat up in frustration. She stared at the older girl who was sitting by her desk, preoccupied with the papers in front of her. The older girl looked tired from working on the stack of papers, evident by the occasional yawn that she would let out.

Tzuyu wanted to help the older girl with her work, but the older girl told her to just relax on the bed. She thought for a second before an idea popped up in her mind. Her lips formed into a small smile as she stood up from the bed and silently walked towards the older girl.

"Hey babe," Tzuyu whispered into the older girl's ear when she arrived beside the girl.

The older girl jumped in surprise, "Chewy! Don't scare me like that!"

Tzuyu giggled, "Mianhae, unnie. I'm just so bored waiting for you," she then pouted.

The older girl giggled at Tzuyu's pouting face, "I know. I will give you all of my attention when I am done with these papers," she then turned back to the papers in front of her.

Tzuyu poked the older girl's cheek, "Can't you just take a break? You have been working on these papers for over an hour already."

The older girl let out a sigh before turning to Tzuyu, "I wish I could, Chewy, but I need to work on these papers."

Tzuyu let out a sigh before launching her attack against the older girl, "Pweassseee unnie? For mweee?" She also used her puppy eyes against the older girl.

The older girl's heart skipped a beat the moment she heard Tzuyu's aegyo voice. Her responsible side told her to reject the younger girl, but her heart was telling her otherwise. She contemplated rejecting her, but she realized that she would not be able to handle the guilt of disappointing the younger girl.

The older girl let out a sigh, "Alright, you win. What do you want to do?"

Tzuyu jumped up and down, excited by her victory, "Cuddle!"

The older girl shook her head playfully, "Why do I even love you?" she teased.

"Because I'm cute, and you can't resist me," Tzuyu responded with a wide smile.

The older girl giggled, "Yeah, yeah; whatever you say."

The older girl stood up from her chair and walked over to her bed. She lied down and shifted into a comfortable position for the younger girl to lie on top of her. Tzuyu wasted no time in jumping on to the bed the moment the older girl told her that she was ready.

Tzuyu rested her head on the older girl's shoulder as she nuzzled her cheek into the older girl and wrapped her arms around the older girl's waist. The older girl began to stroke Tzuyu's hair as she smelt the shampoo that the younger girl had used the previous night. The two stayed in this position in silence for a few minutes, enjoying the comfort of being in each other's embrace. Tzuyu was happy that she was getting the affection she wanted, and the older girl was happy to be cuddling with the younger girl.

The older girl giggled when Tzuyu let out a yawn, "Tired?"

Tzuyu nodded slightly, "Just a bit, but I can't go to sleep yet."

The older girl raised an eyebrow, "Why is that?"

"Because then I wouldn't be able to see your beautiful face for another 8 hours," Tzuyu said with a huge smile.
