Missing Memories (Tzuyu X TWICE)

Chapter 27

3rd Person POV

Tzuyu let out a groan when the sunlight from outside shone directly at her eyes the next morning. She stirred slightly on the bed she was lying on to avoid the sunlight. She repositioned her body into a more comfortable position and subconsciously smiled when she felt the soft pillow underneath her head.

Tzuyu drifted back to dreamland with a smile on her face. Her beauty sleep lasted another five minutes before she felt something moving beside her. Her eyebrows furrowed while her eyes cracked open a peek to look at her surroundings. Her eyes opened wide in surprise when she realized that she was in an unfamiliar room.

Tzuyu quickly sat up on the bed, pulling the blanket that was covering her body with her. She looked around and confirmed that it was not a room inside the TWICE dorms. Tzuyu clutched her head when it suddenly started hurting from the hangover she received from drinking alcohol the previous night.

A groan from beside Tzuyu startled the girl. Tzuyu turned towards her side to find a woman sleeping beside her while facing towards her. Tzuyu realized that the two of them must have slept together. She quickly checked underneath the blanket and let out a sigh of relief when she saw that she was still wearing clothes.

The mysterious woman suddenly stirred in her sleep. She slowly raised her body from the bed and let out a yawn. She rubbed her sleepy eyes before opening them to find Tzuyu staring at her with confusion evident in the girl's expression.

The woman smiled at Tzuyu which only confused the girl further. The two of them stayed in this position for a minute before the woman's smile turned into a smirk. The woman lunged at Tzuyu and pinned the girl to the bed. She straddled the girl's stomach and looked down at her with an evil look in her eyes.

Tzuyu was surprised by the sudden action. She looked up at the woman with fear written in her eyes. The situation vaguely reminded her of what Jeongyeon did but multiple times worse. She did not know what to do; she tried to scream but her voice did not form.

The woman chuckled when she realized that Tzuyu could not speak, "What's wrong? Cat got your tongue?"

Tzuyu gave the woman a hardened look to seem intimidating but was ready to cry inside, "What do you want with me?" she was finally able to get her voice out.

The woman lowered her head to beside Tzuyu's ear, "I just wanted to..." she began to whisper, sending a shiver down Tzuyu's back, "Say good morning to one of my best friends!"

Tzuyu was utterly confused by the woman's statement. She was about to ask what the woman meant, but the woman suddenly pulled her into a hug before she could ask. Due to the awkward position that they were in, the woman looked more like a cat lying down on its owner than a person giving another person a hug.

Tzuyu's eyes widen in shock from the woman's hug. She tried to push the woman off of her. The woman giggled in reply and tightened her hug around the girl. Tzuyu let out a sigh and gave up; she realized that the woman had no ill intentions that she could see.

"Yah! Elkie wake up..." a different woman walked into the room to see Tzuyu being straddled by Elkie, "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING TO TZUYU?!"

Elkie quickly jumped off of Tzuyu and turned around to see the woman giving her a deadly glare, "I- Uh- Seungyeon-unnie, it's not what it seems like."

Seungyeon crossed her arms and began to tap her foot on the ground, "Oh really? Care to explain?"

Elkie gulped before replying, "I was just giving Tzuyu a morning hug."

Seungyeon raised an eyebrow in a questioning manner before looking towards Tzuyu, "Is she telling the truth?"

Elkie gave Tzuyu a pleading look. Tzuyu was going to help Elkie, but a vengeful thought entered her mind; she shook her head, much to Elkie's dismay, "She pinned me to the bed and looked at me like I was her prey. I was so scared," she covered her face with her hands and pretended to cry.
