Aria tapped her fingers on the window sill in a rythmic way. She bopped her head on the beats, finding the tone catchy and sighed as she leaned back again, staring at the clouds.

She had been cooped up in the warehouse for so long that she didn't even remember what the outer world looked like. Okay, she could remember but that didn't soothe her itch of going outside for a while.

She knew she wasn't allowed to. It was for her safety only, but she'd been here for almost two months now, and the only time she had gone out was...wait, she hadn't gone out in two months!

She was genuinely thankful for the boys and how they were caring for her so much that she forgot many things that she missed when she was living a normal life, but still...she wanted to go outside. Maybe roam around for a while. Have an ice-cream perhaps.

She thought it through. What if she put on a huge hoodie and a mask...she wouldn't be recognized, right? What if she was super careful and...maybe took a gun as well. Just in case.

Her heartbeat exhilarated when she decided that she would have a little rendezvous, and she jumped up, looking around the room for a hoodie. In the end, she wore Jason's dark blue hoodie which was huge on her and picked up a black mask.

Aria put her long hair in a bun and then pulled the hoodie over her head, striking a pose in the mirror and then tiptoeing out of her room.

She looked on both her sides and when she found no sign of anyone, she smiled to herself, going down the stairs.

It was maybe one o'clock, not so late, but everyone was fast asleep, since they all had a tiring day, the boys in and out the warehouse for meetings and for gathering information. Of course, Aria was at home, watching TV or trying to sneakily read any of the papers that Hayden or Noah had left in the living room so that she could understand what was happening. Still no luck.

Noah was better. He was mingling with the gang again. Aria was surprised and happy to see the silver haired male trying to get past all the grief and sorrow of the past two weeks. It had taken a toll on all the members, especially as the gang's second in command had practically disappeared for some days.

But now, he was back and was trying his hardest to solve the cases around the gang and to put on his leader's mask. The boys and Aria could still see the little piece of him that had broken and was now missing. Which would probably never be back but Noah was showing outstanding courage and strength, working everyday and hoping to be back to normal.

Aria peeked into the living room and sighed when she saw no one there as well. She opened the cabinet near the main door and blinked as she saw many shotguns and bullets.

Was there a difference between them? Which one should she choose?

She shrugged and took out a black gun, the sleek and cold exterior making her shudder and then walked out of the warehouse, keeping the weapon safely in her pocket.

She walked with her head low, her boots thumping on the ground as she saw people out and about, roaming around with their friends and families.

Aria smiled automatically and jumped in delight, feeling better with all the chatter around her and went towards the lonely ice-cream shop, which had its lights flickering on and off.

"Hi! Can I get a chocolate cone please?" She said to the man who looked on the verge of slumber and he grunted, taking out the desired flavour and giving her the cone.

She smiled, even though the man couldn't see her lips and gave him the cents which she had in her jeans.

"Thank you!" She said and walked away, basking in the sound of the park in which kids were still playing soccer and adults were sitting around in circles, talking and laughing.
