Epilogue

~10 years later ~

The small boy ran around the house, laughing as his father chased him. The house was quite large. Two stories with a backyard that stretched for at least 2 acres. It was a beautiful house in the country, just what the small family had wanted. 

The young boy screeched as his father caught him and tackled him to the floor, tickling him softly. The young boy laughed and laughed. 

"Daddy! I'm gonna pee!" The young boy laughed harder as his father continued to tickle him. 

"Leave Richie alone, Daddy!" A small girl with long brown tresses jumped on her father. He wrapped his arms around his children and picked them up, spinning them around. 

"Don't you dare make them sick or you'll be the one cleaning it up!" Kaycee stood in the doorway, her arms crossed over her round belly. "Richie, help Rose get ready for dinner." The two children groaned and obeyed. She kissed the top of their heads as they passed her. Alan stood, slightly out of breath from wrestling with his children. 

"Having a hard time keeping up, old man?" He cocked a brow at his wife, who was smirking at him. 

"Never." He smiled and kissed his wife softly on the lips. "And how is my baby today?" Kaycee giggled. 

"She's fine. So am I." Alan chuckled and kissed his wife again. He linked his arm around hers as he walked with her to the kitchen. The children shuffled into their chairs and looked up at their father. 

"What do we say?" Alan cocked a brow at his children. The children straightened up and answered in unison. 

"Thank you for dinner, Mama." Alan leaned down and kissed Kaycee on the forehead. 

"Thank you, Mama." She smiled and shook her head, laughing softly.

The family ate their dinner, laughing and talking all the while. This is what he had wanted. A wife, children, a house. He had wanted a family. 

And now he had it.

(I'm pretty sure this entire series took 3 frickin years im such a mess lmao but there ya'll have it. Not the best, or most interesting end. But it's what i had in mind generally. Thank you all for the love and support with this story. Maybe I'll come up with another plot and it'll continue?
