So as planned, Jason took the first watch. And they each took a tiny spray of camouflage potion. After an hour or two, Grant took the second watch. There were no encounters yet but they still kept watch, just in case. Afterwards, Lydia was next. And after a while she saw a couple of men with torches nearby, and she forgot that she was invisible for a second. But the men didn't come close enough for Lydia to alert the others so she relaxed. Then it was Jeffrey and Abella's turn. And since Jeffrey's scar on his chest still hurt a bit he took some medication for it to stop earlier. But the medication was starting to make him sleepy. He did not realize that the potion was starting to wear off. Abella had fallen asleep as well. The others were still well hidden so even if the potion was wearing off, they were still hard to see in the dark but Jeffrey and Abella were more visible from afar. And the men that were searching earlier noticed them. Everyone hiding awoke suddenly when the men were shouting.

"Re-apply! Before they see you."

Jason whispered.

"I think they already see us." Jeffrey said exasperated.

As the men got closer. One of them recognized Jeffrey and Abella when the light from the torches reached him.

'Jeffrey?"

It was Tony Williams.

"What are you and Abella doing out here? We noticed that you were missing yesterday after Keenan sent everyone after Jason Bowel and Lydia."

"Oh yeah we were out looking for them too.'

Tony stared at him.

"Aren't you still injured?."

"Well despite the pain. Abella and I we wanted to try and find them so that I could prove to Keenan that Jason was innocent."

Tony turned his head sideways a bit.

"Did you find them?"

Jeffrey improvised.

"We found Jason, but Lydia wasn't with him. He told me he just wanted to get away from Keenan."

"Okay...He wouldn't be with you now, would he?"

He scratched his chin. Jason was trying to keep his breathing low.

"No. I don't know where he is."

"If he keeps doing things like this, he's going to become as bad as Grant Walker and get sent to jail."

Jason put his hand in front of Grant so he won't give their hiding spot away.

"Did you know, after he escaped three years ago from Bokaj prison, there were sightings of him and a group of robbers chopping the head off a man?"

Grant's knuckles were white. Jason wasn't strong enough to hold him back and he ran out of the hiding place.

"I am not a murderer! "

Tony and the other night hunters backed away. Tony smirked.

"Why didn't you tell me Jeffrey that you caught Grant Walker? That's way better than Jason Bowel."

The night hunters approached to grab him.

"Tony he's innocent. Everything Keenan says about him is a lie."

Abella tried telling them.

"Innocent or not. I'm rich."Tony said smiling.

The night hunters tried to grab Grant by the shoulders. But Grant's strength shook them off easily.

"Tony let go of him."

Jeffrey tried pulling them off Grant. But Tony pushed him to the ground. Jeffrey felt his chest as it burned. Abella helped him up.

"Careful you could really hurt him."

In their hiding spot, Brad was holding Jason back from running into the scene. Grant was still fighting the night hunters off his back. Tony figured there was no use, to keep trying. He took out a blow dart, and blew one at Grant's back. As it hit him, Grant felt dizzy, as he stumbled to the ground and blacked out. The night hunters on Tony's side picked up Grant's limp body.

"No!"

Jeffrey and Abella yelled.

"Don't worry. He isn't dead. I think commander Keenan would like to hear about how you three met."

Tony told them smirking. The rest of the night hunters took Jeffrey and Abella by the arms.

"Hey!" Abella squirmed.

But the night hunters followed Tony back to the castle.

When they were out of sight, Jason, Brad, Lydia and Angel came out of their hiding place.

"Why didn't you let me help them?!"

Jason yelled at his uncle.

"Did you want to get caught?"

Brad asked.

Jason flopped onto the grass.

"We could of at shot an arrow or something. "

Lydia took his hand.

"We can figure out a plan to save them. "

"But how?"

"If I go back now, with Angel, I can maybe tell my father to let Grant go."

Lydia suggested.

Brad saw how his nephew wanted to save Grant so badly.

"Ok, I'll help you guys make a plan."
