Keenan had descended to the dungeons.
Grant was in a cell alone, he saw Frank Keenan come towards him.
"Long time no see, Frank."
He said.
Keenan grabbed the cell bars.
"What did you tell my daughter?"
"She deserves to know the truth, don't you think?"
The commander's anger turned into rage.
"You murdered my wife!"
Grant kept a straight face.
"You know it wasn't a murder. Her death was an accident, and you know it wasn't my fault. You can't stay mad at me forever.
Lydia and Abella ran as fast as they could downstairs. They heard the two men yelling.
"If it weren't for you, my wife would still be alive..."
"Dad!"
Lydia interrupted. The commander turned around and saw the two of them entering.
"Lydia. "
He walked towards her, and he embraced her. But Lydia pushed him away.
"Why do you hate this man so much?"
She pointed at Grant.
"He's the one responsible for your mother's death." He said taking deep breaths.
Grant lowered his head. Keenan heard a sound coming from behind him. He saw Jason, Brad, and Jeffrey coming down to where they were.
Lydia continued.
"You never told me how she actually died. You just said she was murdered. I want to know the whole story, before you kill this man."
Keenan saw that there were a lot of people listening. He sighed very heavily.
"You did accuse Jason of kidnapping, when I ran off on my own."Lydia added, crossing her arms.
"You don't want to go somewhere more private?"
He said looking at everyone. Brad chuckled.
"Isn't honesty one of the night hunters codes of honor? I think we'd all like to hear the story. Because you never explained how Grant killed your wife."
